Wonderful
Good location, loved the fact I could open the windows for fresh air. Bathroom was great, spacious and fancy tub.
My flight was later and arrived after 7pm, couldn’t get ice for my room. I checked in at 7:30 pm and was out at 4 am.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was tasty. Then location was quite good.
The breakfast could have opened at least 1/2 hour earlier.

The only thing to remember or to advertise is to bring school IDs for kids and teens as the hotel want to make sure kids are safely.

it was very comfortable, the attention from the staff was very respectfull at all times, we really liked the costumer service and the restaurant was very nice, they had the gamed from the world cup playing and the food was really good.
Everything was great, the attention was really nice and they even exceeded our expectations from the hotel, we only stayed for a night but it would've been amazing to star for longer. 10/10 i would rate this hotel.

The location in the city is excellent. COVID measures were observed. The place was cleaned as often as to be expected. It's one street away from City Mall, which is a massive bonus in the city. Everything else was pretty standard.
The room was little smaller than expected. It was a bit cramped so definitely only a room for 2 people max.

Hotel was walking distance to mall and had a very nice resturant with incredible drinks , I recommend the lemonjamiaca. Rooms were clean tv was spectacular.

I was told I was getting a suit room. I go a tiny room with no window. I marked for 2 people and it was reserved for 1 and was charged much more. Also, the bed sheets were worn out. It is all business with the staff. the breakfast was cold. horrible food. the restaurant was not good. I will not use Booking any more. Dissapointed. Will not recommend to friends.
