Is easy arrival
I feel upset, because they don’t accept payment with Credit Card. Only Cash. I made my reservation with my Credit Card .

Really nice, we can use hot water in the bath room, big bed, 2 bottles of water, TV, etc… We can drink water freely and choose one of three types of breakfast.
I couldn’t use refrigerator.

the place was quiet enough to get a sound sleep
no credit card payment available "because the web was down"; when I got to my room, other people were inside "because they found the door open; the first attempt to have breakfast I ran into a rude lady and her attitude just made me decide to leave hungry

The room smelled so humid. I'm pretty sure the carpet in that particular room is not cleaned properly.

The staff (Joseph) was very friendly and very informative by telling us about restaurants (Carnitas el ranchero) and places to visit (San Pedro Sula Sign. He always smiled and greeted us as we were coming and going. The hotel breakfast was delicious every morning. The bed was SUPER comfortable, and the pillows were of good quality and didn't hurt my neck. The air conditioner blew cold air. Overall my friend and I really enjoyed our time here and will visit again.
The website says a bar was on premises, but it was closed down. Taking a shower was not pleasant because the water didn't get hot or it was lukewarm. The fridge and telephone didn't work in my room. The armoire was broken as well. Ice is hard to come by as well for beverages. Just a little heads up on Sunday San Pedro Sula shuts down at 4pm. Restaurants stop serving beer/liquor at 4pm also. We found a liquor store in the area and bought a bottle and continued our celebration in our room.
