We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Los Andes in San Pedro Sula, and we cannot recommend this place highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The spaces throughout the hotel are large, open, and very comfortable, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Nothing felt crowded, and every area was thoughtfully arranged. What immediately stood out was the impeccable cleanliness. Every part of the hotel, including the lobby, hallways, rooms, bathrooms, and breakfast area, was spotless and beautifully maintained. Walking into our room felt refreshing, with everything tidy, bright, and welcoming. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive. Every person we interacted with was warm, polite, and genuinely caring, making us feel safe, valued, and very well taken care of. The breakfast was delicious, offering fresh, flavorful options that we truly enjoyed. The coffee was excellent, rich, aromatic, and perfectly prepared, a wonderful start to our day. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept deeply during our one-night stay. It was exactly the kind of rest we needed, and we woke up feeling refreshed and energized. It was the type of stay and the type of place where, after leaving, you truly miss those small details everywhere else, the cleanliness, the warmth, the comfort, the delicious breakfast, the quality coffee, and the sincere kindness of the staff. Hotel Los Andes makes an impression in the best possible way. We also appreciated the location, which is very central, convenient, and close to everything, while still offering a peaceful environment. We felt safe at all times, both inside the hotel and in the surrounding area. Overall, our experience at Hotel Los Andes was outstanding. The warm staff, spacious interiors, exceptional cleanliness, delicious breakfast, excellent coffee, comfortable bed, and ideal location make this hotel a place we would happily return to.

The quietness of the place.

The breakfast far exceeded my expectations. The food was very good, the variety of foods was quite generous. The service was exceptional.

Staff was friendly, had a small office room and great breakfast. But wifi was not ideal. Had a nice room view and it was fairly clean

Thorough and cortious in customer service

Rooms, Front Desk staff, Housekeeping Staff and of course the wonderful breakfast. The housekeeping staff should be commended for their outstanding work and contribution to Hotel Los Andes success.

Very clean and the front desk staff were excellent. Nicole was very professional and her English was very beneficial due to my limited Spanish. Thanks “Nicole” for your great assistance.

The staff were very professional, especially the Manager Juan Pasadas. We came to San Pedro Sula for my mother’s eye operation and stayed two days at this fabulous establishment. We have stayed here many times over the years and it just keeps getting better. Highly recommended for short or long stays in the city. It’s centrally located, easy access to an assortment of restaurants, shopping & secure parking provided by Hotel Los Andes at no extra cost. The new management in charge of the morning breakfast is “Top Notch” and the breakfast buffet was fantastic “Hats off” to the hard working dinning staff. My king Room was in an excellent location on the fourth floor, which included a very comfortable king bed refrigerator and very clean. We have a post surgery check up appointment in the very near future and the list of Hotels to choose from only has one selection for our family; Hotel Los Andes !
