They have a strict check out policy they are no type agreement on staying another hour after 1pm they texts your phone letting you know if its over the hour. Low pressure on water.

The property was a good for the value.

Bed was very soft. Too soft.

I was very disappointed at the the breakfast they offered. It was cold most of the time and they serve you measured little kid portions. The flour tortillas were definitely old or they came from a package. Even though the breakfast is served like a buffet, they don't allow you to grab whatever you like and the portions you want, you are limited to grab only one type of the 2 or 3 options offered as breakfast. You are not allowed to combine. I was there for 14 days and after eating scrambled eggs the first 6 days, I asked the male chef if I could get a fried over medium egg instead but he told me that it would be a separate charge. The parking lot is small so be prepared but I am glad the hotel wasn't full while I was there. Also, they charged me my full stay (14 nights) in advance (I was not prepared for that) and charged me a little bit more than what I had agreed when I did my reservation with Booking. They explained that it was due to currency exchange but it didn't make sense because I paid with credit card in dollars. They had a safe box in the room but it was locked and I asked for the combination and they told me they were locked and they couldn't open those. Also, the maids make these loud noises in the morning while they are starting their shift and if you are on vacations, be prepared, because you won't be able to get the extra sleep you so much desire.

Room needs some paint retouch. I would suggest to place some time of protection on the luggage wall.

No water in pool and just Spanish languague TV

I booked the room thinking I could use the pool but when I arrived it was mentioned that they closed it due to renovations.

Unfortunately for our reservation they told us that they didn't have our reservation, after few checks and our tour guide had to speak with them they said that they found our reservation. The breakfast unfortunately wasn't the best in my opinion
