The breakfast was delicious, staff was very friendly, front desk staff members had a decent understanding of English as well, and weren't opposed to using translation apps when there was any confusion, which was very nice. I understand that it can be cumbersome to speak another language or to use a translation app, so it was very much appreciated the kindness I received as a foreigner here. Also, I have been places in the past where people didn't want to use a translation application, which is why I was so thankful for the understanding I received here.

This hotel has a great location within walking distance of the Cathedral. Very interesting building. The room was fully up to international standards. Decent if small breakfast

Small hotel in the town centre, very close to the main square (cathedral, municipality).
10 minutes by Uber to the restaurants area.
Nice breakfast.

The woman who made the breakfast was very nice and the breakfast was good.
I do not recommend .The hotel had confirmed in writing an airport pickup. They told me to look for the driver.When I arrived after a very long day and very tired from my flight and needing to get to a business meeting, there was no driver from the hotel and no message or call. So I had to take a regular taxi.When I called the hotel they said they were sorry but the driver was not there but they could call a driver and he could be there after while. They had no explanation of why they hadn’t sent the driver as promised.The hotel also charged me for the same room twice on my credit card and then was unable to arrange for a refund of one of the charges but luckily a former employee was there and had some cash to refund the extra night. Not a good experience.
