Room next to us was very laud and kid kept hitting the walls, and also wife wanted to use the hair dryer and it was not working at all

Location.
Extremely warm lobby a d breakfast area. Very noisy air conditioning. Carpet/rug in room had areas where it was wet. Extremely old or worn down bed and pillows. Will not stay here again. Staff is very nice and friendly.

Good mattress.
Location next to the city mall.
No hot water during the stay. Bed sheets were old and worn out. TV was outdated, with a burned. Noisy AC.

Front desk staff not friendly. No smiles. Hardly anyone speaks English though they cater to International visitors. TV had no English channels. Breakfast extremely boring and monotonous. No variety of fruits offered. No fresh juices offered. Dated ambiance. Housekeeping staff very efficient. Rooms clean.

Location was great for my needs
Staff is not familiar to the reservation platform. Common areas had no A/C working porperly. San Pedro Sula is one of the hottest cities of Honduras. Breakfast was lame and selfish. Front chalkboard ceiling are falling. Definitely no a good impression at all. Not the correct amount of towels for q quantity guests reservation. They made a clear confusion in the Hotel nearby that has the same name.
