I really liked the breakfast—it offered a great variety and good quality. The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was a positive experience. Thank you!
We were assigned a room with twin beds instead of the beds we had booked. This was disappointing and caused some inconvenience. The staff resolved the issue after we requested the change.

GREAT LOCATION, Staff was very friendly and courteous, Our room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast with the personal doing tortillas at the restaurant, keeping alive the Honduras tradition was a nice touch.
We will definitely be back.
The hotel needs a renovation to keep up with the best, it is a good hotel can be great IF, it is renovated.

Even though its quite an old hotel they try to keep it tidy and confortable at all times. The breakfast is very very good.
The gym is very old and filthy. I get they accept people from outside the hotel guests to make more money but for the guests is not a good experience. The trainer they have I guess forgets the guest is first and was very mad and unkind about me using the dumbbells.

I would have left a 10 out of 10 if it wasn’t for the night music. We stayed on the 4th first time and heard the loud music til 1:30 but we liked the hotel so much we stayed again this time on the 6th floor and could still hear the music til after 12:30am Really do love the hotel but I unfortunately I am a light sleeper so this may not bother others. Thank you to the staff they are lovely

We stayed two nights at Hotel Copantl and had an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive, friendly, and professional. The hotel offers far more amenities than we initially realized, including multiple restaurants that cater to different tastes.
The sushi restaurant was excellent, the steakhouse was outstanding, and the food on the first level was also very good. Breakfast was included and was one of the highlights of our stay — great variety and quality. Honestly, for the price point, we felt like we didn’t even get to fully enjoy everything the hotel had to offer.
One of the best features of Copantl is its location. It’s directly across the street from the mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient, all within walking distance. Just like Hotel Diana Princess, the area felt very safe, which made walking around stress-free.
Overall, this hotel offers great value, excellent food options, top-notch service, and a prime location. I would absolutely stay here again.

Convenient location, clean rooms, good breakfasts, free parking, good internet.
Restaurant on lobby have to many events always pack with people and Thanksgiving dinner they don't prioritize hotel guest.
Difficult to fine Parking always full because of events almost every day ?
Bed was a bit to hard after 3 days of stay back pain.
