The location was good and the facility was secured.
The maintenance was poor. The rails were rusted and broken. The bathroom had mold, and one of the facette was broken.

The location was good and it's a nice inside. Love the pool as well.
The room wasn't cleaned properly, and there weren't any air refreshers in the room. It smelled like dust in there. The staff wasn't professional and they took so long to take our orders for food and drinks. They definitely need more customer service training.

The view
I didn’t like I paid for two rooms three persons and when I went for breakfast, they said one of us had to pee. I went and talked to the manager. It was a simple mistake, but they said no I have to pay for breakfast for one person only to allow to eat For free. That bothers me because that’s my favorite hotel when I go to Guyana now it makes me think but make a change.

Breakfast was buffet style, good selections. The room was clean and comfortable, more than adequate. The pool was clean and enjoyable.
Poolside Service on Sunday suffered from an abundance of people, and a possible shortage of Bar/Restaurant staff

This is my first time staying at this hotel ,one of the checking staff shouldn’t be at front desk, first impression counts, Staff at front desk need some five star service training.
Also checking out I told young ladies Food morning more than once ( Good morning no response she was focus on her phone.
The room didn’t have a remote so I call front desk the came up but the remote was wrong, he leave to get right remote, he never return.
Staff need training.

They are over booking the hotel then give u something u did not pay for with the same price the bathroom water leaks out the house keeping doesn't wants to clean the. Room .

Wonderful
The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome. The Supervisor and her staff at breakfast were very courteous and professional.
The patio and chairs on the balcony were very dirty. There should have been a small travel pack toothpaste and toothbrush.
