I was promised.a.nice set.up in the room for my husbands.birthday....I was promised.same.but.the staff.indicated.they forgot.to make.that note...I was then offered a cake at.lunch and that never materialized...
That aspect was very disappointing...

Breakfast was good.... verity of local and international.
Check-in time is 3pm wasn't able to get into my room until 7pm due to "delayed cleaning issues". Water in the hotel was off all day Saturday until 6:30pm which was very inconvenient since I had an event to attend.

The eggs were average but it was evident that the bread and other baked goods were very stale and reused. The blueberry chia yogurt wad fungus on it. The worse bit was the service and attitudes of the staff and the male manager.
Everything. From the day we arrived, there was no running water in all of the rooms or so we were told. Much later, after much complaining, we were provided with 2 buckets of water. We could not use the toilet until 11:34 pm.
