The only positive aspect is the underground parking, which provides a secure space for your car, though maneuvering in the small garage can be challenging. Additionally, its worth mentioning that it looks that the hotel takes care of cleanness.
Firstly, this accommodation facility is better suited as a "student home" rather than a 3-star hotel. The 4-bed room was small, creating a claustrophobic atmosphere. Additionally, the bathroom is not suitable for taller individuals (over 1.85 meters), as the low ceiling can be uncomfortable. The shower requires careful adjustment of the outdated faucets to get the hot water right, which is quite inconvenient. Surprisingly, the rooms are equipped with plastic glasses instead of standard glassware, which is a first in my experience. The elevator is another point of concern. Although it claims to accommodate three people, it can barely fit two and shakes during operation, which does not inspire confidence in its safety. Given these issues with the room, bathroom, and elevator, it was not surprising that the Internet connection was also unreliable.

We managed to check in very quickly. The administrator was very nice. The location is close to the center. The breakfast was good, but it's necessary to wait in a queue while waiters will give you the dishes you're asking.
The hotel is quite old and dusty. The bathroom is not so clean, especially old soap dispensers with footprints of something black, probably mold. The hotel is located on a street with tough traffic, so there is a lot of noise. It makes sense to install good windows, which are not there. Otherwise, it's hard to sleep. WiFi connection was very unstable and slow. There also were several ants, trying to find something to eat.

Internet was not working and my kids couldn't load any videos in youtube they had to wait for minutes just te resume or play something and it stopped every secconds

The breakfast was not good and there was a picture with children play room but there haven't got one.

Convenient and comfortable. The staff kindly gave me a late check out.
The description says the rooms are soundproof which is simply not true. I could hear my neighbours phone conversations quite clearly and he was not speaking terribly loudly.

Nothing! Except for te staff, who were polite.
All of it - old and cold. Not comfortable at all. Hotel desperately needs renovation. Dont be fooled by the pictures of the rooms - they were far from reality. The entrance to the garage parking stinks so badly, trash everywhere.
