Disappointing
Location
Experience depends on roomsyou are located in. Mine was noisy and me and colleagues who had booked 1yr in advance were placed in worst rooms facing road in 1st 2nd floor when students were located in nicer areas in top floors facing sea. Room was aged with old carpet on floor.

The place was unclean....I was given a room with 3 single beds instead of a single one. It was loud cos of it facing the main road. Couldn't sleep all night also because people next door were just loud till 4pm! Shower was also cold!

Room was good. Location is central and only minutes from the coast/sea. The breakfast was very good for the money. Ive stayed at this hotel many times over the years. I didnt hesitate to book this hotel.
I didnt like the small elevators. The television was a bit small. The absence of balcony furniture. Finally, pre-COVID, it had an excellent bar/lounge to the right of the reception with giant screen tv which wasnt open anymore.

The hotel is right in the centre of the city and it had its own underground carpark which was wonderful. My room had a balcony, but the view was only as far as next door. The shower was excellent. TV even had BBC World news.
Breakfast was a little unimaginative, there was room for improvement

My baby and I were travelling from Istanbul to Zante. We reserved this last minute for a layover. It was amazing and we even got parking in front of the door. It was perfect for a day. The breakfast was good enough for us. I really enjoyed the eggs. The staff is very friendly

Staff are amazing you can call them from inside and they attend to anything you say to them !!! Definitely booking them again !! beautiful rooms clean and very tidy shower soaps and hand soaps smells Devine !! Sadly didnt stay for long was meant to stay for 2 night but did one and stayed to the next afternoon and left ! Staffs are brilliant !! Definitely recommend
