Wonderful service from the valet and guy who generally helps around
Rooms nothing like advertised pictures our balcony 'with a view' looked out onto an ugly courtyard that was both so ugly and so potentially lacking in privacy for us that the balcony itself had fo be walled in the wooden stands. Shower had no door. Loud renovations nearby at 7am on Sunday morning

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The only issue we experienced was with the mattress, which was not as comfortable as we expected, and one side had a noticeable dip.

Good location. Nice room, clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good. Superb service.
The parking was a mess. We didn't understand the point of the 12€ fee to pay for the parking card, when the parking said they didn't have an agreement with the hotel for us to park there. So we ended paying both...the hotel parking card and the parking slot at the parking site too.

The location was great. It was a short walk to great restaurants, city center, white tower, and the water front.

Great location, near restaurants, clubs, shops. Room was clean, big enough for two of us. Very good breakfast, parking available across the Main Street, with a surcharge.
You can not reach the hotel with the car, but hotel staff is very responsive and helpful!

I stayed here with my family (3 people). The hotel is centrally located. They have an agreement with the parking lot across the street at the port for €12 per night, which includes unlimited entries and exits as they provide an access card—this was absolutely perfect. A quick tip: when booking, you should message them in advance to reserve a parking spot. A staff member escorts you and explains all the details perfectly and correctly, which I highly appreciated! The staff was extremely welcoming and polite, the breakfast was perfect, and the room had a balcony with a side view of the port.
The room was small, narrow, and long. The bathroom was also very small. Additionally, instead of a central AC system, there was an individual AC unit (like the ones used at home), and the cold air blew directly onto the single bed (the sofa bed). To make matters worse, the elevator was tiny—holding a maximum of 3 people or 220 kg—so we had to split up every time we used it because we exceeded the weight limit.

The staff were extremely pleasant and let us check in to our room 30 minutes earlier, which I really appreciated as my mother has mobility issues. The hotel was close to everything, easy to find and in a safe neighbourhood.
The windows of our room need to be soundproofed as we were in an extremely noisy area known for its night life (I wasn't aware of this when I made the booking but that is my fault). Our view was of the AC units of the building so not pleasant. The hotel was clean but for the money we paid felt a bit run down.

Very clean and nice welcoming staff. As of the location it was a perfect location. The parking was very close to the hotel. A very rich breakfast and nice clean rooms.
