Location is excellent. Staff really quick and kind. Breakfast has a fine variety.
There's an "old" smell at the reception. The building and rooms are not maintained very well. "City view" means towards the back to a derelict yard and steaming rusted pipes. Air conditioning was working well but also smelly, like units haven't been cleaned for a long time.

The staff was absolutely exceptional, so welcoming and attentive. Truly the best hotel team we’ve ever encountered.
The only issue we experienced was with the shower: the bathroom floor filled with water after each use and never fully dried during our stay. Additionally, the ventilation/AC duct had a rectangular lid that wasn’t properly secured. It moved easily when touched, which felt a bit unsafe.

Except the location and very hospitable reception staff. Nothing else
Maintenance staff was very noisy and it was impossible to have a proper sleep after 7:00, they would do soo much noise with therir work and because the door of the room was bad didn't close properly we could hear even a silent conversation outside.

Good facility. Great hospitality from the staff and a very good breakfast. Located near two paid parking lots and short walking distance from the city centre.
Noice!! Impossible to rest. The Hotel is situated in the middle of a district full of cafes, bars, clubs, and discoteques. Loud music and people's noise lasted until 6 AM. Even on working days. Impossible to sleep or rest. Avoid or at least buy earplugs before arrival.

This hotel is perfect for a short stay. It is located near the promenade and restaurants and within walking distance to all attractions in downtown Thessaloniki. We had an early flight to catch and it was very convenient for exiting the city.

It's a good location, friendly staff, nice enough breakfast
Room doors lack sound isolation, you can hear everything from the corridors, and room doors banging even through ear plugs. This made it very difficult to sleep some nights when other quests were coming and going on late hours.

Lovely staff, clean, very good breakfast, great location.
Lightning in the room is not good, bathroom especially; couldn’t see well enough to apply makeup. Hairdryer not good.
