I stayed here with my family (3 people). The hotel is centrally located. They have an agreement with the parking lot across the street at the port for €12 per night, which includes unlimited entries and exits as they provide an access card—this was absolutely perfect. A quick tip: when booking, you should message them in advance to reserve a parking spot. A staff member escorts you and explains all the details perfectly and correctly, which I highly appreciated! The staff was extremely welcoming and polite, the breakfast was perfect, and the room had a balcony with a side view of the port.
The room was small, narrow, and long. The bathroom was also very small. Additionally, instead of a central AC system, there was an individual AC unit (like the ones used at home), and the cold air blew directly onto the single bed (the sofa bed). To make matters worse, the elevator was tiny—holding a maximum of 3 people or 220 kg—so we had to split up every time we used it because we exceeded the weight limit.

The staff were extremely pleasant and let us check in to our room 30 minutes earlier, which I really appreciated as my mother has mobility issues. The hotel was close to everything, easy to find and in a safe neighbourhood.
The windows of our room need to be soundproofed as we were in an extremely noisy area known for its night life (I wasn't aware of this when I made the booking but that is my fault). Our view was of the AC units of the building so not pleasant. The hotel was clean but for the money we paid felt a bit run down.

Location is excellent. Staff really quick and kind. Breakfast has a fine variety.
There's an "old" smell at the reception. The building and rooms are not maintained very well. "City view" means towards the back to a derelict yard and steaming rusted pipes. Air conditioning was working well but also smelly, like units haven't been cleaned for a long time.

The staff was absolutely exceptional, so welcoming and attentive. Truly the best hotel team we’ve ever encountered.
The only issue we experienced was with the shower: the bathroom floor filled with water after each use and never fully dried during our stay. Additionally, the ventilation/AC duct had a rectangular lid that wasn’t properly secured. It moved easily when touched, which felt a bit unsafe.
