Location, breakfast.
The lobby only had AC when the concierge decided it was hot. Bathrooms smelled of mold and foul smells. The fans in the bathroom didn’t work either. The shower clip mounted on the wall didn’t work on three different stays and three different rooms tested. Same issues in all occasions.

It is clean and the room was big enough for 3 person. The beds was comfortable and big enought.
There is no hotel parking. There is no place around the hotel even to stop temporary and to unload the car. The hotel use services of nearby private parking for extra payment.

A bit difficult to stop right in front of the hotel to unoad the car and difficult to find parking spot in the area since most places are reserved for locate residents. There are paid parking facilities near the hotel though.

Breakfast had a large variety of food available. The quality was good. The Wifi was working well.
The room was too small and with very few amenities. The bathroom was small, but with a nice shower, The look of the entrace hall is run down. The hotel should need a bit of revamping

Good choice overall. The room was fine, very clean, spacious, breakfast was good, and the staff always nice. The location is also good, just a few minutes away from the Fleming metro station.
It was just a little noisy. Rooms are not well isolated and some very noisy guests were quite annoying.

Big rooms. Good breakfast included. Walking distance to shops/ cafes. Best benefit if staying out late it's a short taxi ride back to your room.
Good hotel but next to abandoned building. No such thing as a great view. Parking in Thessalonica is like winning the lottery. The hotel has none and you will need to pay 10-20 Euros a day if you have a car. Adding this to your room cost and it becomes somewhat overpriced stay. A regional town like Langadas is a quarter of the price and just a good and reasonably close for all your needs

Staff and management are excellent, friendly and helpful. The location is ideal, near the seafront and about 20' walk away from the city center. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. I fully recommend it.

Renovated rooms, very friendly staff, quick service. I was offered an upgrade to my room auto junior suite and it was spacious with a hall with a desk and a wardrobe. I will definitely stay again. Thank you for making my stay in Thessaloniki so comfortable and welcoming!
