Room was alright, but cleaning was poor, it was dust everywhere also hairs all around the ground, beds, bathroom. Breakfast was ok In the room a basic thing was missing " TRASH CAN"!!!
Cleaning was poor, it was dust everywhere also hairs all around the ground, beds, bathroom. We booked this hotel for swimming pool which was a little bit bigger comparing to our jacuzzi at home. So it was disappointing. Very cold water as well.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the cleanliness to the warm and welcoming hospitality. The hotel itself was excellent—very comfortable, well-organized, and spotless. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staying at Mediterranean Palace was exactly what I needed. Location is perfect — right in the center, right next to the sea, everything in walking distance. The room was spacious, clean, classic style, and the bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in lately. Breakfast was top-level, proper 5-star service, and the staff were extremely polite without being pushy. You feel taken care of. If you want a place in Thessaloniki where you can just relax, sleep well, and walk everywhere without stress — this hotel does the job perfectly. I’d stay again.

Elegant property, nice and comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast.
The covers on the bed are somewhat heavy and it’s easy to get hot during the night, even with the room temperature lowered.
