Everything was excellent. The comfort and design of the rooms, the quality, taste, and variety of the breakfast, and the staff’s attentiveness, professionalism, and helpfulness were all outstanding. The staff is great. Beds and linens great. Room super clean and spacious. Great sauna, small pool and hot tub (hot tub has and extra charge) in the spa area. Irenie is a wonderful masseuse. Highly recommend. Breakfast is delicious and hearty. Neighborhood great, called Ladadika. Lots of tavernas and shops etc. Pier across the street. Some rooms have bay view. We will return.

We were five minutes from all the good restaurants. Five minutes from the waterfront. Five minutes from the high end shopping area. And five minutes from a busy night life area.
On top, the staff was great. The kids made great friends with several off them, especially Stella the Experience Manager ?
Also great restaurant on site with a great breakfast buffet.
The pool area could be more kid oriented.

Amazing breakfast and amazing staff. Kid accommodations were phenomenal. Bellhop literally saved my 3 year old who’d gotten away from me from getting hurt in the revolving door. Loved this place and these people

The hotel is amazing - facilities, services, location, spa, breakfast - everything. The staff are super friendly as well, and were very accommodating and kind to us as a young family with a toddler :)
This is our second time staying here, and we will definitely be coming back! One of the best places you can stay in in Thessaloniki!

The hotel itself is in a great location, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was easy to park when I arrived as the valets were immediately there to take my car and luggage - arriving was wonderful. Even if the hotel is a little outdated when you enter, the staff is charming and helpful. The location is great as it is within walking distance to the pier, the main shopping areas, etc. and the breakfast selection was great as well. The dessert samples and wine upon arrival match my expectation of a hotel like this.
I think the way the rooms and facilities are advertised is a little misleading. I deliberately wanted to select a larger room since I was traveling with my niece and the room I thought I selected online was nothing like the photos and description online. I am aware that this can change, but I have been to Thessaloniki so many times, I have not had this expectation experience before and was surprised that a hotel like this would not be more genuine in their photo descriptions and what is booked.
The room was older, and the room was darkly furnished (I expected the opposite, lighter and airy). It has the potential to be charming if it were just lighter, but the darkness and dinginess of the furniture was hard to overlook.
We tried to use the spa area and we had to leave as soon as we walked in. Yes, it's small but there was a family in there with children that were loud and definitely not conducive for a spa moment. Further, the entire small area was full of dirty towels and it was not at all what you would expect. Again, it's very, very small in the spa area, but it was more like a children's pool than a spa. And the towels strewn all over, not collected, gave it more of an unclean vibe, than a spa vibe.

Room was alright, but cleaning was poor, it was dust everywhere also hairs all around the ground, beds, bathroom.

We booked this hotel for swimming pool which was a little bit bigger comparing to our jacuzzi at home. So it was disappointing.
