The location of the hotel is perfect for us since we arrived by ferry and easy to go everywhere by foot. Room was nice, bathroom big and very clean. We loved the brakfast.

An exceptionally varied, plentiful, and delicious breakfast; spacious room; welcome package; gym and pool; parking for the car. Well-equipped. In the bathroom: magnifying mirror, hairdryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, soap, body lotion. In the room: iron, ironing board, well-stocked minibar.
Perhaps the pool was small—unsuitable for swimming. I wouldn't be able to mention anything else.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful with suggestions for rooftop bars and other sites. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable.
I'm not a memoryfoam mattress fan, so that would be my only concern.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was super nice and kind. I would give them score of 11 if I could. Location was also perfect.

The Mediterranean Palace is an exemplar of hospitality. From the moment they reached out to me to secure transport to their doors, to the moment I crossed their threshold and was welcomed into their home, I felt not only expected but also cherished as a guest within their walls. The staff is at once welcoming and the warmth of their communication and intention of care is something that I believe all hotels should use as a guiding star for their own practices. Though I was only there for one evening, I know that when I return to Thessaloniki, so long as they have room, Mediterranean Palace is the only place that I wish to stay. From the depths of my heart I am honored to have been a part of their space and I know that all who choose to stay with them will at once see the truth of my words expressed through their actions and spirit.

Everything was excellent. The comfort and design of the rooms, the quality, taste, and variety of the breakfast, and the staff’s attentiveness, professionalism, and helpfulness were all outstanding. We would also like to thank you for the surprise—it was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated.
