The hotel’s location was convenient, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.
The hotel was very uncomfortable, and the staff were disrespectful and unprofessional. The service was poor, and the facilities and equipment were old and worn out. The bathroom was particularly disappointing: the toilet fan was ineffective, the bathtub was old, and the toilet was faulty. Overall, the hotel did not provide the level of comfort, cleanliness, and service expected.

Wonderful
Delicious Breakfast everyday! The chef and staff were wonderful. Many healthy options. Eggs, ham, potatoes, mushrooms, breads, pastries, yogurt bar, fresh fruit, juices, cereals, honeys, coffee machine. Always something for everyone. Beautiful location in the heart of Thessaloniki. Church of Agios San Demetrios and the waterfront are within easy walking distance, as is the Seikilo Museum of Ancient Music. Surrounded by restaurants, shops, banks, stores, everything you could need.
The rooms are a bit antiquated, but as a place to lay our head, in a beautiful location, in a beautiful city, with a fabulous breakfast it was perfect.

Disappointing
The location
The hotel is old and the furniture is old. Our room had the worst view to some hotel construction landfill. There was some noise early in the morning from there, like throwing some construction materials. It was Sunday. Also, the restaurant was very small for the capacity of the hotel.

Quite central location.
Very basic and outdated room, beds and pillows quite uncomfortable with old and noisy A/C above them, bathroom too old with a broken sink and loose handle on the door. The whole place could have been better maintained (if not totally renovated) for the asking price per night. Parking was another complicating thing to arrange and need to pay extra 20euro per day.

Wonderful
Great location on the main street with several shops and food options. Very good breakfast and the big room was perfect for us and our baby. The elevator helped moving around with the stroller and the staff was very helpful regarding ours and our baby's needs.
The only improvement would be some of the room's furniture which could use some updating as it was older and run down.

Location, building architecture,elevator, general up keep was excellent. The breakfast was consistently excellent. The front desk staff are very helpful, their English is excellent. I was always made to feel welcome. Thank you Le Palace Hotel.

About 300 m far from șea, close enough to the White Tower. A fabulous breakfast with a lot of products. Coffee free for all day long.
If your room is to the bullevard, the noise could be disturbing. The hotel have no parking, but a the are in connection with a private parking very close, for 20 euros per day.

The location was great. We had a great view from the balcony.
The breakfast staff was extremely disappointing. One of the employees was eating directly from the buffet with her bare hands, moving from plate to plate, while also using her phone — all of this in full view of guests. This is highly unhygienic and unacceptable, especially in a food service environment. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures proper hygiene standards are followed.

The location is very good because your 3 min walking from the waterfront. Also the nearest parking is 5-8 mins walking. The room was good and the breakfast was also very good.
The room had no sound insulation from the hallway. You could hear everything. There were some kids in the door next to us and I could literaly hear everything from screming to closing doors ...
