The location is great if you want to go shopping and enjoy the restaurants nearby by walk. Perfect place for short stay, no need to use transportation as everything is close. Perfect breakfast and very good hospitality. Would recommend it. For sure will come back again.
The hotel is a bit outdated but it is clean and well maintained.

The location is great (in the heart of Thessaloniki), staff are very friendly, amenities are good, there are plenty of breakfast options and prices are affordable.
The elevator was quite small for how busy the hotel is.

Rooms are absolutely falling apart. It’s filthy, moldy and too old. Renovation starts at 9:30 am despite the visitors are sleeping. Not good to hear powered tools working at that hour.

High level of hospitality. Clean and comfortable room with modern furniture and bathroom. Spacious terrace on the first floor overlooking Tsimisky Street. Excellent breakfast. Staff is smiled and always on your service. Safe and secured. Excellent value for the money and location.
I had a stressful experience with taking the suitcases out of the car to hotel. Policeman came from the back, without verbal warning he took my license plates and wrote me a ticket. Hotel staff communicated to policeman but without success. I had to pay in a post office and later go to police station to get my plates back. I reccomend, don't ever stop your car in front of the hotel! It's better to go to Plateia parking directly, pay in advance at -1, highlighting that you're guests of La Palace hotel and then bring your staff to hotel. It's just a few minutes of walking

The staff were so friendly and kind. The breakfast was plentiful with fresh fruit, pastries, deli meats, eggs bread and veggies. Great coffee too. Excellent location, 5 min walk to the port. Would highly recommend staying here, rooms are small but comfortable and very clean!

We stayed only 1 night as we continued our trip to Kavala for a business meeting. So the location was perfect, in the beginning we had difficulties to find itm probably light box could solve this problem. The concierge/night shift receptionist was very helpful and provided detailed information that made it easier for us to find the perfect place for dinner and visit all the desired places in a short time before we left for Kavala. Day shift reception personnel also was very kind and helpful - ordered us Taxi and kept my belongings I accidentally forgot there, being in a hurry, until I returned after 3 days. room was clean, and the water flow was impressive. breakfast - as we were on an Orthodox fasting, the most important thing was that we could find what to eat, so it was quite varied and tasty. Those colorful pillows over there made the space comfortable.
Just add a Light box - if the Signboard Le Palace Hotel is lit, it would help visitors to find it. It was strange that the cafe in front of the hotel (in the corner) didn't know that Le Palace Hotel is located in front of them. My friend thought that the price was high and we could find cheaper option in Thessaloniki, probably whe was right, but we stayed only 1 night, so we chose it

The staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was amazing and the room itself was exactly as shown. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

The greatest advantage of Le Palace was its location. I could reach everywhere I wanted to go by some minutes of walking. It is on to the Tsimiski shopping street and restaurants of Ladadika. Room was spacious and soundproof. Breakfast was sufficient. Hotel, breakfast room and rooms were clean.
Rooms need renovation. Bed was very uncomfortable. Two twin beds were combined. Thus, gap between the beds gave a lot of discomfort. I needed to combine the separated beds several times. There were very few sockets in the room. There was none in the bathroom. There was a large dressing table, but most of the table was taken up by the television.
