Odlična lokacija, soba prostrana, čista, krevet ok, balkon. Mi smo zadovoljni i vjerojatno ću opet bukirati isti hotel ako budem dolazila u Thessaloniki.
Sve je ok, jedino je lift malo klaustrofobičan.

This is a simple hotel, but clean and with comfy rooms. The location is very good and if you are lucky there will be a place in the underground parking. I am recommending it for motorcyclist as for bike you can always find places in the underground parking for 13 € per night.

The El Greco was central to all the places I wanted to viisit from the Church of Saint Demetrios to the waterfront restaruants and shopping. There are plenty of "fast food" establishment within yards of the hotel. By fast food I mean ready to go, but still home cooking style soups and traditional Greek flavours (not the likes of McDonalds). The rooms and bathrooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.
I guess it's a matter of expectation if you have preferences that are more than great price, great location, friendliness and cleanliness. I can't think of any of my needs that were not met. I recommend the El Greco!

This is my second time staying at the Greco Hotel, and no matter how many times I visit the city, I will always choose to stay here! Everything is just perfect – the hotel itself, the rooms, the breakfast, and the service. It is truly a hotel with zero minuses! I absolutely love this place. A special thanks to the staff; they are incredibly kind, attentive, and warm, making you feel right at home. I just have two minor suggestions for improvement: it would be great if the Wi-Fi connection could be upgraded, as the signal is a bit weak in some areas. Also, it would be much better to have a glass panel or curtain for the bathtubs so that water doesn't splash out onto the floor. Other than that, everything is super! Highly recommended!

Location room and breakfast was extremely good. Most importantly I would like to add a few words of praise and thanks to MARKOS who was mainly in the front office but also all over the key areas of customer interaction. Unforunately I was not feeling great and check in Jan 26 at 2 PM was denied per rules by the reception and even escalated to Markos who I did not see. Denied. So I accepted the situation and sat down desperate to lie down and rest. Later after about thirty minutes or so I oobseved a man looking at me (later knew him to be Markos) and asked me to bring our PPorts and in a jiffy I was peacefully resting in my lovely room on the 7th floor. Same bebevolence from Maros at checkout after three nights for a later checkout. In those three days I found Markos managing a whole lot of the front office, breakfast room, housekeep etc. Managers like Markos go a long way in enticing customers to come back. Cool guy -I really wanted to give him my praise and gratitude.and let the higher management know that they have some splendid dedicated folks that fly the flag of El Greck high and with pride. I will come back.

Th girls in the reception were very nice
In the selection of the room, I chose the option 4 single beds. They had me a sofa bed and a double one. The sofa bed was terrible to sleep in.

Location in city center. Neighborhood OK but safe overall. Rooms a bit smaller but great for groups. Breakfast a great value. It's a professionally run hotel. Staff helpful with requests.

Very Good
Very clean. Supportive but not overbearing staff. Breakfast a very good value. Location good. Well maintained hotel. Rates very competitive. Have stayed here the last three years. Good for groups.
Pillows are large. Would have preferred a flatter pillow but this is a quibble, not a complaint.
