We liked the staff. Room was clean and cosy.
Location is nice, taxi can stop in front on the Hotel only in the street. There's a smell that I wouldn't necessarily link to the Hotel.

Th girls in the reception were very nice
In the selection of the room, I chose the option 4 single beds. They had me a sofa bed and a double one. The sofa bed was terrible to sleep in.

Location in city center. Neighborhood OK but safe overall. Rooms a bit smaller but great for groups. Breakfast a great value. It's a professionally run hotel. Staff helpful with requests.

Very clean. Supportive but not overbearing staff. Breakfast a very good value. Location good. Well maintained hotel. Rates very competitive. Have stayed here the last three years. Good for groups.
Pillows are large. Would have preferred a flatter pillow but this is a quibble, not a complaint.

Location was alright, on the same street the airport bus stops so it was convenient. I liked the breakfast because there were a lot of things I actually enjoyed eating. I wasn't expecting it to be this good.
Check-in time is 4 pm which is too late in my opinion - especially for the service provided. When I entered the room, the closet was still wet and surroundings and it didn't look nice. The doorknob dropped several times, and I had to put it on when I pulled the door to close after me. On the day I arrived (October 3), it was too cold, below seasonal averages and there was only a plain sheet in the room so I could not warm up. I had to put the bedspreads of both twin beds on me and lie down wearing my sweater and jacket. The next day I told the reception about it and asked them to check the A/C in my room which didn't heat the room but when I came back in the evening it was the same. The room was still cold. Luckily, it was less cold the second day so I could survive the night. Unfortunately, I became sick when I returned home.

The location was great, 6 minutes away from the Aristotelous Square. The breakfast was also very good for 3 star hotel. Rooms were spacious, with great big balconies. Our balcony had a great view to the street.
Didn’t like the fact that the bathrooms had no bathtub with doors or even a curtain, they also had no shower base to be able to get shower. When you were turning on water even for 1 minutes all the water was flowing to the whole bathroom and toilet. Also a safe was not available. No big fruit selection on the breakfast. From the alternative milks was only almond.

It was a bad smell in the bathroom. I understood why they didn't have pictures of the bathroom because there isn't a proper dorm, just a glass door that open to the room and the sink is outside of the bathroom, inside the room itself.

Being situated in the middle of the city meant I never had very to go very far find anything that I needed be it shops, bars restaurants or even to find my friends. The staff were exceptionally nice and helped me when ever I need it. The room was very comfortable and the bed was a joy to sleep in after a long day on the town. The balcony was a very welcoming added bones. The breakfast was also very nice. The Greek pastries were a personal favorite.
On the down side. The bathroom was a bit too small and the shower didn't have a door or curtain meaning the bathroom floor got a bit wet. The other problem was that the wall seemed a bit too thin. I spent my last night hearing a group of very lively women having a party in there room next to mine. Over all these are the only minor down sides to an otherwise very comfortable hotel.

Disappointing
The location was good and the facility was clean.
The air conditioning did not work in several of our rooms. I spoke to the front desk about this four times and each time they took our room numbers and said they would fix it but they never did. It was so hot we could not sleep in our rooms. This is completely unacceptable. Also, the breakfast in the morning was not that great. The coffee machine failed many times and the coffee was basically brown water. I don't think we will take our groups here any longer. I usually have patients for these types of things and try to communicate them in a gracious manner but when they tell me they will take care of it and never do or argue with me, that is unacceptable.
