Great location, a very comfortable room and super clean, nice breakfast and above all, a very nice and helpful staff. Very grateful to Panos, who helped us with a free parking lot. I recommend this place and definitely will visit it again.

The staff were exceptional, easily the most helpful, kind, and friendly I have met. They went above and beyond in every respect and set a new benchmark for service.
The breakfast was unremarkable, and the room was excessively warm despite efforts to lower the heating. I ultimately had to leave the door open to cool it, which was less than ideal due to the cold weather and street noise.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the location was convenient for everything I needed. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay again.
I was generally satisfied, but there were a couple of small things that could be improved. For example, the room could have had better sound insulation, and some facilities felt slightly outdated. These weren’t major issues, but improving them would make the stay even better.

The room was extremely small and hard to manage for 2 people. The hallways were dingy and the carpeting was dirty. It was a pretty depressing atmosphere. the staff was very nice. Location was just ok.

Room balcony and the location itself was the only thing worth in this stay. We asked for additional blanket(to cover the bed at the day) and they provided (beds did not have covering)
Breakfast was not good, very few choices and not delicious. Room was small hadly able to move. There was no charger next to the beds. Because of the smallest bathroom (where you hardly even fit ) the water while showering was leaking out from the shower and the whole bathroom floor was in water. Also they dont provide water every day, just the first day. The same goes with vanity kit.

I loved the caring attitude of the staff on top of the expected accommodation conditions. In particular Maria welcomed me at the reception with her sincere attitude to help with earlier check-in and departure needs. I had a very friendly and pleasing experience with Egnatia hotel for my one-day stay.

The shower holder was not adjustable and pointing horizontally. Fried eggs or scrambled eggs would have been nice for breakfast.
