All members of the staff were very kind and discreet. Amazing food at the restaurant, definitely recommended. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walking from the iconic White Tower, right on the coastal road. There is a valet parking service (additional cost to the room), but very helpful. The room was spacious with daily cleaning twice a day.

Location was great. Everywhere is so close to walk. It was very clean. The breakfast was perfect. The towels were new.
I liked everything. The room that we stayed was a bit dark.

Perfect location, the spacious room, the stuff is great. Clean. The bathroom is beautiful!
The main problem is no gym (nor spa) and it is a 5 star hotel. I was so dissapointed as I was expecting them to have at least a small gym.
No good night light in the room. The room we were in, looks on the inside and that means no day light at all.

The location was perfect . Rooms were very clean .
There was no sanitary tools in the bathroom , this could be the only complaints we can have such as cotton buds, cottons, toothbrush etc...

Beautiful hotel with a great view from our room. Good breakfast.
It was difficult to find the entry while driving as we were unfamiliar with the city, and the parking was not included in the price of the hotel.

Best hotel breakfast in Thessaloniki by far. Comfy beds and a wonderful rainfall shower. The balcony has a nice view and a great place to sit with a coffee.
Road noise from the street can be heard until late into the night, otherwise everything is great.
