Location was great. Everywhere is so close to walk. It was very clean. The breakfast was perfect. The towels were new.

Perfect location, the spacious room, the stuff is great. Clean. The bathroom is beautiful!
The main problem is no gym (nor spa) and it is a 5 star hotel. I was so dissapointed as I was expecting them to have at least a small gym. No good night light in the room. The room we were in, looks on the inside and that means no day light at all.

Beautiful hotel with a great view from our room. Good breakfast.
It was difficult to find the entry while driving as we were unfamiliar with the city, and the parking was not included in the price of the hotel.

Best hotel breakfast in Thessaloniki by far. Comfy beds and a wonderful rainfall shower. The balcony has a nice view and a great place to sit with a coffee.
Road noise from the street can be heard until late into the night, otherwise everything is great.

Stylish hotel on the waterfront, in the coolest part of town, a short walk to Aristotelous Square, the White Tower and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and cool bars (including in the hotel itself). Staff were always friendly and super efficient with any requests we had. Valet parking was a godsend, as parking is at a premium. Breakfasts were fantastic and free mini bar was also a nice bonus. If you're visiting Thessaloniki (and you should, it's a great city), this is the place to stay.

It is the third time we visit the hotel and each time I am amazed by the quality of service, the facilities and the atmosphere of this hotel. Perfect location, lovely rooms, excellent breakfast. All these years they keep the same high quality. However, the best thing about the hotel is its people, the staff in all posts, who with their high professionalism, excellent manners, politeness and helpfulness make us feel welcome and comfortable.
I have nothing negative to say.
