Exceptional
Loved the location, it was just perfect, near the best attractions of Thessaloniki. The room was comfortable, clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, although we had to walk to another hotel for it.
I have no complaints.

The location
Unfortunately there a several things,
We were not informed about the many stairs to get to a lift
We were also not informed about full payment being taken prior to checking in
We were not informed about the breakfast having to be taken at a completely different location, some walk away
The pillows in the bedroom were very uncomfortable
There was a lot of noise during the night, again this was not mentioned before booking.

The location was very good, directly on the main streets, where you can find all the restaurants and really near the sea
Unfortunately, the room was quite dirty, somebodys cup stains, hair.
The facilities needs a renovation. A lot of hangers falling apart etc

The location is excellent, the staff is very nice, all of them without exception, the breakfast with a lot of selection
Mattress needs replacing, it did its job, was not comfortable. What is most annoying is that for a second coffee at breakfast we were asked to pay for it, this has never happened to us in any hotel

The location is very good.
This hotel is lying about having a parking or breakfast. None of these exists there. The elevator is not going to all floors. Not recommended for children.
In our room the floor was very damaged, the hygiene was questionable and you can hear all the people from the street.

The location and the breakfast at the urban color hotel next to this hotel
The place is NOT SAFE and needs serious renovation! First of all when we entered the room we were disappointed with how it looked because it needs to be painted and renovated unlike in the pictures. But the worst thing is the unsafe facilities. The elevator door is very dangerous. When you open the iron door there is a gap between the door and the floor and my little daughter's foot got stuck there and she suffered a very painful and bloody injury!! Then my husband was sitting in the room on a chair, and the chair broke. Then my daughter, already injured, entered the shower and the metal towel rack detached from the wall and fell on her leg! Yes! The same leg that was already injured! She really wanted to leave this room at this point and so are we In addition, the water in the toilet flushes really weakly and this causes blockages.
At 6 o'clock in the morning a plumber apparently came and made such a loud noise that he woke us up.
In addition, there was a power outage in the hotel for about two hours in the morning, so there was no air conditioning, no light, no internet, and the front door to the hotel didn't work either. In short, it was a nightmarish stay for my family we not recommended at all, and not worth the money. We left the hotel when our daughter was injured and when we said all these things at the reception there was no reference to anything
