Very clean room, helpful and polite staff, great location near the ring road (ideal if you have a car - not great if you are on foot, although there is connection with the public transportation nearby). The crib was also a very helpful facility for us.
Breakfast: It was adequate to get a full stomach, but you cannot call it an exceptional quality breakfast either. The price was fair though.
Water in the shower: Although there is a glass panel installed to prevent water reaching the rest of the bathroom when having a shower, the water would still bypass it and the bathroom would get flooded. You could fix that to improve comfort and reduce the risk of slipping.

Polite and helpful staff, convenient area if you need to both move inside Thessaloniki and to other close towns and suburbs. Generally a decent Hotel with fair price for September. We will use it again for business trips.

Everything was perfect. We checked in for a night and the staff was really helpful and fast as we were tired. I would take consideration to stay here longer if I ever plan to visit Salonic. It is very clean and looks super premium. The parking lot is secured 24/7 with many lights and the rooms are very clean, also room service and breakfast available.

In Thessaloniki, parking is a problem. If you have a car, it is a short distance from center with a secured parking. Staff is nice, rooms are clean and well maintained. Definitely would stay here again.

I was travelling and I needed a place to sleep just for one night. I came quite late, around midnight. I didn't have any problems with late check-in. The location is perfect since it is right beside the main road. The room was well ventilated, the air was fresh, TV was already rolling, I fell asleep like an angel.
Bed pillows are quite firm.

Good location for transit, parking available, friendly staff.
The sheets and towels were clean.
The rooms were smelly (tobacco smell) despite the big "no smoking" signs everywhere. For a non-smoker this was very unpleasant and uncomfortable.
The furniture and equipment were quite dated.

Safe private hotel parking, very important for Thessaloniki. The receptionist called us a taxi, 12 euros to the center of the city. Hotel is amazing, and the breakfast was a unique beautiful experience for us. After check out, the hotel allowed us to leave the car at the parking free of charge until we finish sightseeing.
