Veranda very good, rooms big, beds great, breakfast and dinners great!
1. Room 801: I told the reception about a faulty hanging lamp in the living room over the coffee table near the TV. A staff girl came uo to see, and this was the first moning we were there. She said it would be exchanged but, alas, it only got worse all the time so we had to keep that light off at all times because it quickly turned to stuttering and blinking. 2. The toilet flush is not strong enought to flush feces. It takes many attempts including using the toilet brush. What a mess!!

Great location, everything is close and easy to reach, but rooms facing the main street can be quite noisy. The rooms are very clean, which is a big plus, but they’re quite basic for the high price charged.
Breakfast is fine, though the instant juices are overly sweet and not very pleasant.

Location was decent
I think this was one of the worst beds I have ever used. The room had no sound insulation, and I could hear everything that happened in the hallway. The key cards stopped working more often than not. The only outlets in the room were for the TV or for the two lamps in the room, so in order to charge devices I had to unplug the lights. There was a smoking smell coming from the ventilation system in the bathroom. The hotel states that the breakfast fits for all diets but if you are vegan the options are very limited, you can't even get milk in the coffee One of the nights there was no running water and the phone to call reception did not work. All in all, the worst hotel I have been at

The staff was amazing. All the crew working at the hotel's restaurant were always very helpful and polite. Special thanks to Sofia, Irini, Veronica and Nelly. The location is very central.
The maintenance and the cleaning of the room wasn't good at all. There was a leak from the air conditioner and we had water dripping during the night. The cleaning of the room and especially the toilet was very poor. The mattress wasn't comfortable at all. It was very soft.

The location.
Except the location, nothing else was ok. The bathroom was so small that I could barely had a bath. There was no balcony although I did pay a room with a balcony.
