The location of the hotel is good and close to many restaurants and bars. The reception lady was very kind. Also the breakfast is okay.
The hotel is old. I was on the 8th floor in a suite or at least that's what they call it. Very dirty and dark. Looks like they try to save on everything. The shower was terrible. I had hairs in my bath shower and it stayed there all 4 days... the beds are not comfortable. Really bad experience.

The location is good but rather than that the service was awful.
We visit Thessaloniki often, but after this experience we will never return to this hotel or recommend it to anyone. The reception staff made a mistake and charged us for an extra meal (an additional €40). When we noticed the error, we spoke with them and they acknowledged that it was their fault. However, despite this, we never received a refund. This is unacceptable!

1. Room 801: I told the reception about a faulty hanging lamp in the living room over the coffee table near the TV. A staff girl came uo to see, and this was the first moning we were there. She said it would be exchanged but, alas, it only got worse all the time so we had to keep that light off at all times because it quickly turned to stuttering and blinking. 2. The toilet flush is not strong enought to flush feces. It takes many attempts including using the toilet brush. What a mess!!
