Access to the nearby beaches, from which also boat taxi was available to the city. Very nice pool/bar/rrstaurant area as well as good rooms. Very good overall.

The breakfast, prepared by a couple who run the restaurant privately
No value for our money. Poor cleanliness, poor maintenance of the place and especially of the bathroom. Water not drinkable and they did not provide a bootle of water.

The location to the beach was great, although getting chairs was a challenge.
The bathrooms could use a renovation, attention to details lacked. Mirrors were dirty, bathroom door was broken and shower handle didn’t work either.

View, clean comfy bed , helpful reception staff, near good bus route .
It was dirty, the walkways and stairs were never cleaned . The so called renovation was dreadful completely amateur bodge job, toilet dirty, upkeep was awful, skirting and behind doors dirty , no shower screen or curtain , sewage smells in corridor, freezing pool , awful place wld never stay again

The views are very nice if you have a see view room. Nice taxi on the water
The hotel has a short ,narrow beach . You have to pay for the sun beds , and pay 10euro a day for government charge and it is dirty

The view is splendid
First of all this accommodation is far from being 5 stars. Rooms have not been renovated for years, the bathroom is so old and full of mold, needs an urgent upgrade. The hotel does not have a fitness, you have to go to another hotel if you want to use it.
We booked a Suite with Sea View but upon arrival they told us it is no longer available and they give us another room for the first 3 days then we can move to the one we booked. Staff was very nice at first, but then they ignore us and not answering the phone or messages.
Unfortunately, we had to leave 2 days earlier because of terrible news, my husband’s dad passed away. They didn't do anything to partially refund us.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs.

Spacious room, and spacious balcony overlooking the bay. Great water pressure in the shower. Very comfortable bed. Bar/restaurant also had the view over the bay. Easy access to the beach. Good service from the staff.
It was very noisy. Music from the beach bar til midnight, which actually was the easiest part to tolerate. Quad bikes going past the front of the hotel in the early hours, and you can similarly be woken up by the motorbikes and quad bikes from the main road across the bay in the night. My room had some sort of plumbing going through the walls which sounded like ghosts and went on and off all night. I asked for a quiet room but my room was next to both the lift and main stairs and corridor and I was afraid to ask to move in case it was worse. If noise isn't something that generally bothers you then you'll be fine, but I'm one of those people who needs the peaceful sleep.
