close vicinity to city, aircon worked well, balcony with refreshing breeze, room cleaning
shower browser was broken, kitchen utensils were not enough (missing cookingware, glasses and cups etc of all different types) not very comfortable or even not sutiable for families who want to cook and eat at the facility. Parking was also a bit challenging (scratched my rent-a-car's bumpers left and right and had to pay 350 punishment fee)

This was an emergency booking because of the wildfires in the South of Rhodes. The room was a safe haven for us and was perfect because of the situation we were in.

The host, Mr. Manolis, is very kind and helpful with everything. The room was spacious! And it seemed to be clean (as it smelled on the air). They cleaned the elevator and each floor everyday early at the morning.
We stayed at the room 24. In the morning of out first day we didn't have warm water to shower or even worse to make bath of our baby (3 month old). When we asked (at 9am), we have been said that the weather was cloudy and the solar panels couldn't get any sun! And the technician was about to come at lunch time to fix this! The mattress was a disaster.. It had a huge dent in the middle, which make it very difficlut to sleep as normal people. Next day of course we had pains in our backs. The toilet is very small; you need to be kind of joggler in there. The lid of the bin in the toilet was broken. We have to keep it constantly open. The light in the kitchen wasn't working. I found an empty plastic bottle of water underneath the bed, so I think that the cleaning lady was bored to sweep there. Honestly, after that stay, I don't understand why they have high rating.. But as I said in the title, of course you get what you pay for.. so no more complaints.

Really nice and helpful host, the biggest benefits was the equipment: air conditioning, iron, hair dryer, kettle, microvave and others.

Yiannis Apartments is just an amazing place: the Owner is a great, very helpful person, while hospitality seems to be his second name; the conditions are very homely, you get your linens and towels changed every 3 nights; there is a lift; the whole place is very clean and well-equipped; it is very well located, close to the supermarket and other shops, the road to the old town is not that distant and very pleasant too; overall, this was more like a visit to a distant family than a booked apartment.
--- Everything was just great and out of all my booked places at Booking.com this is definitely top greatest. If I could, I'd give Yiannis Apartments 11 out of 10!!!

Clean, air con, not far from the main town 30 mins walk, host was amazing & ordered me a taxi to airport.
Was in residential area so taxi drivers didn't know where it was most of the time

It is what you pay for - in this case - air conditioning, washing machine, kitchen facilities. There is no WiFi, but we knew that. Manolis said it will be installed in the future. The host went out if his way to make us feel welcome and that's appreciated.
There were some loose cables sticking out of the wall, and the drying rack was a tad rusty, so we had to be careful around bright clothes. Otherwise, it was excellent value.

The owner is super friendly and nice. Location is really good, there are a store and a fruit stand nearby. It takes only half an hour to walk to the old town or the beach.
Hope there will be wi-fi available when we stay here next time
