Excellent location, close to the old city and to the city center. It is possible (not always easy) to find free parking close to the hotel.
Very old and not well-maintained facilities. Extremely small bathrooms. In particular, in the first room the hotel gave us there were ants in several places. Not only that, when we woke up in the morning, we also found dead ants on the bed. The lady at the reception suggested to change the room to another one, which was smaller than the original one (for example, the door at the entrance to the bathroom doesn't fully open because it is limited by the presence of the sink inside the bathroom), but we had to agree because there were no other rooms available at the hotel. After first entering the bathroom of the second room, we found dead ants in the bathroom sink also, reported this to the reception, that said they'll bring a pesticide company that will hopefully solve the ants problem. When we got back and asked, the gentleman at the reception wasn't sure if the company indeed came while we weren't there, but said that he thinks they did come. When we entered the room, my wife wanted to take our daughter to the shower, but noticed the bottom part of the bath curtain was full of BLACK mold. I immediately reported this to the guy at the reception, who said he will only be able to solve the problem the next morning!!!! We then decided to check out and find another hotel. In addition to the ants, and the black mold on the bath curtain, the WIFI signal was very weak.

Great location, very clean and particularly welcoming, helpful staff. Intimate family feel to it. Just 3 people manned the reception , each doing an 8 hour shift. Nothing was too much trouble for them including providing us with a drying rack and allowing us to keep our rooms on the final day until the evening as we had a late return flight. Great location - less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes to picturesque harbour and 15 mins to the old town .

- Great location: It's a 3-minute walk to both sides of Elli Beach, with many restaurants, pubs and shops nearby. It's also around a 20-minute walk to the old town.
- Even though it's in a very central location, it is quiet with the windows closed.
- Free parking is available on the streets around the hotel.
- The apartment is spacious and includes a big balcony.
- The air conditioner is in both the living room and the bedroom.
- The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo.
- Cleaning and towel changes are done every two days.
- The reception staff is very friendly.
- A very small shower (but we knew from previous reviews).
- The apartment needs a little bit of renovation, at least to fix some spots where you can clearly see it is worn out.
- The kitchen could be equipped a little bit better (for example tea spoons, one more pot, new pan etc.)

Staff were excellent, apartment good size for 2 adults. Beds comfortable. Staff came into clean every other day. Best thing was location, sea 2 minutes away in any direction. Old town a pleasant 10 minute walk. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars mere minutes away.
Bit basic compared to other places in the area. Most hotels and apartment blocks nearby have restaurants on ground level, this one had empty units. Ugly large brown cupboard/wardrobe and tv in living area could be taken out to create more space and light (could not get tv to work, but whose watching telly when u have amazing stuff outside to explore?)

Very polite, responsive and helpful hosts! The apartment was a walking distance to Elli Beach, but very close to the old town also. The apartment had all facilities that you could think of or need. We're very grateful for the hospitality and excellent experience. Definitely recommending . Looking forward to seeing you again hopefully next year.
