A decently located property in Rhodes city center within a easy walk to the harbor and the historic center. The property had been redone, but kept some of the older doorways in varnished wood which contrasted with a more modern facade. Breakfast room staff and cleaners were very nice. Breakfast was decent.
The hotel interiors carpets and decor look a bit worn out. Front desk staff was unfriendly and argumentative (we asked to take the dark and faded pool towels to the beach which they refused. We of course respected the rule, but saw other guests in the beach with the nice white bath towels from the rooms !!! - surely it was the work around the weird pool towel policy). They could just make a note of the room number when providing the towels if afraid that people would not bring them back. But anyway... The hotel has a large business with package holidays which may explain these odd rules (we were independent travelers).
We were first given a room in which one of the beds was lacking a comforter and did not look 4 star. After requesting a change, we were given a room in a higher floor- a bit more modern and light, but was next to the housemaid office - morning noise was unavoidable.

Very Good
The location is good, and our room was very clean. The breakfast buffet is large with a wide variety of choices. The pool is nice, although the area around it was very crowded in the afternoon. Overall it is a very solid, reliable hotel, especially for an overnight stay before or after taking a ferry to the islands.
The room decor and furniture are a bit outdated, but the bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. In my opinion the price is a bit high. There was some noise at night, but that is not surprising given the location.

Wonderful
The property was great! The amenities were amazing, the pool and included breakfast with kids is top tier. Everything was very clean and everyone was so kind. There is a restaurant and coffee shop below, SO convenient. We have three young children so this hotel location and amenities were everything we needed and more! The location is right in the middle of it all. Everything is walking distance! Perfect! We rented a car for only a couple days for Lindos which is an hour away. Other than that we didn’t need one, we could have ubered or taxi’d but we went with other family member therefore rented a 7 person van.
Strongly recommend this hotel!
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

This hotel felt like home away from home!
The staff from front desk to room attendants were very friendly and forthcoming! Location is fantastic, minutes from restaurants, nice walk to old town and 3min walk to city beach! I've been coming to this hotel over and over again! The pool is nice too and they do provide pool-side towels! Dinner buffet option is a good and quick opportunity after a longer day at the beach :)
Very hard to find the fault....maybe the quality of vegetables and fruit and juice options at the buffet could be improved...but, I am a bit of a foodie :)....
Overall buffet was really varied with choices of local food and many other options.

Great Stay – Excellent Service!
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was excellent – the staff were kind and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay, nothing fancy but enough to start the day. We really appreciated the early check-in and late check-out – it made our stay much more relaxing. Highly recommended!

Very Poor
Very disappointing stay. I do not recommend this hotel
I stayed at this hotel during my vacation in Rhodes, and the experience was extremely disappointing.
One of the first issues I encountered was a large insect in my room,not just a harmless bug, but something big enough to make anyone uncomfortable. I immediately called reception to report it and ask for someone to remove it. Not only did it take them far too long to send someone, but when I called to follow up, the receptionist didn’t wait for me to respond and simply hung up the phone. Her attitude was dismissive and completely unprofessional.
On another day, my room was not cleaned at all. No housekeeping, no fresh towels, no trash removal. I had to call reception just to get clean towels for the shower.
The restaurant service was equally bad. I waited over 30 minutes for my meal, and when it finally arrived, part of the dish was missing. I explained to the waiter that I was in a hurry to catch my flight, and he replied, “That’s your problem.” When I told him it clearly wasn’t my fault, he continued arguing instead of trying to help. Eventually, I spoke to the manager, who at least arranged a refund.
This hotel lacks basic standards of cleanliness and customer service. I strongly advise others to stay elsewhere. The staff’s attitude was unacceptable, and the experience overall was frustrating and unpleasant.
