Stunning surroundings with the pools and ocean views. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty from the staff. Georgia affectionally known as “the dog“ as the concierge who made it her business to make sure we were always comfortable and satisfied. Her big smile and warmth made us feel like family after just a few days and her generosity made our stay even more special and memorable. Betty was also another staff member at the executive pool area who was always hard-working and again wanting us to be comfortable. The lunch buffet was absolutely incredible with so much food and variety of food. The grounds of the hotel, including the pool area and the. Indoor and outdoor lobby areas with comfortable couches and tables for people to spread out. It was nice seeing people in the evening sitting together having drinks, playing cards or just conversing. The breakfast was also absolutely amazing.

My stay at Leptos Panorama Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The hotel has a fantastic location with breathtaking panoramic views of the sea – truly a picture-perfect setting. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, with great attention to detail that makes you feel at home from the very first moment.
The restaurant offers a rich and varied buffet for breakfast , with fresh and delicious options every day. The facilities, including the pool and shared areas, create a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere.
What really made my experience outstanding was the amazing staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and goes out of their way to make sure guests have a perfect stay. I would like to give a special thank you to Georgina from the management . Her warm smile, kindness, and professionalism truly stood out and made me feel more like a friend than just a guest.
In short: this hotel is highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back soon! ??

We really loved the fact that we received a full apartment in one of the new buildings. It was spatious enough for us and the two kids. The apartment had a small stove where we could heat up things or even cook. The grounds are very pretty, the pools are exceptional especially the infinity pool. There are quite a few entertainment options. The kids loved the water aerobics. The food (we only had breakfast here since we went sight seeing during the day and ate in different places) was plenty, great options and tasty. If you are not all inclusive and decide to eat there e.g. for lunch, the prices are good and food is tasty too.
We also loved that there was a small playground where the kids could play when spending the entire day at the hotel.
It would definitely not be a deal breaker for us, but what we found odd is that there was no microwave. However, we experienced the same thing at other places that we stayed on Crete too, so it is not something unique to this hotel. Be ready to heat your food on the stove.
Cleaning could use a little work too, e.g. emptying trash more often, but overall it was not a huge problem. If you notify them, they will send someone and take care of it right away.

The breakfast was excellent! Beautiful views all around. Parking available, just a short drive to beautiful beaches and Chania. Daytime activities and evening entertainment for everyone. Welcome gift upon arrival ❤️ Very clean, excellent service.
The air conditioning unit was a little loud, for those that are more sensitive; for me it was a white noise.

I had a great stay at Leptos Panorama Hotel in Chania. The service was excellent, with friendly staff always willing to help—special thanks to Georgia for her warm hospitality! The food was really good, offering plenty of choices. The hotel was clean, well-kept, and had amazing sea views. The bus into town, which left directly from the hotel, was frequent and convenient, accepting both cash and card. It made getting around so easy. All in all, a very enjoyable experience!

Everything was exceptional. It was my wife's birthday, and they surprised us with a birthday cake in the room, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel is the perfect place to unwind, offering access to a spacious pool with stunning sea views.
There were two wild cats in the restaurant area, and sometimes they jumped onto seated guests in search of food, which could be uncomfortable.

Very nice hotel. With many facilities
The hotel wasn't very clean. The room wasn't clean . We found a lot of staff of previous tenants in the room and also the floor wasn't clean. Also, the hotel is old and is lacking of maintenance.

We had a fantastic experience in Leptos Panorama. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. variety and quality of the food were really good, every meal was a delight. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The little beach just outside the hotel is nice but not really kid’s friendly, with just few umbrellas and sunbeds..but there are other beaches nearby

Friendly staff going above and beyond to ensure a happy and comfortable stay. Good breakfast and great dinner buffet with drinks. There were always available sunbeds in the swimming pool area. The garden of the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. We stayed in the newly designed building with family apartments, modern furniture, and two balconies facing the sea.
Bathroom design in the new apartment building is not ergonomic. We would advise the separation of the shower from the rest of the bathroom with a glass wall. Also, the room lacks dedicated spaces for luggage.

I had a pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel not for the first time and I am always delighted with my experience.
The location is simply unbeatable—situated on a hill, it offers breathtaking views of the sea that are perfect for both sunrise and sunset. It's also ideally situated near Chania, making it an excellent base for exploring some of Crete’s most beautiful spots, including Falassarna, Elafonisi, Kournas Lake, and the Samaria Gorge.
The staff here are exceptionally friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure that every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. Their warm hospitality truly makes us feel at home.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Crete. Whether you're here for the views, the location, the food, or the service, you won't be disappointed.
