The location of the villa is on the main strip of Parikia. Great view and easy access to all the attractions
There are a lot of steps but its very common in this area.

The owner kindly met me at the ferry and carried my bag up the steep steps/showed me several ways to get at the conveniently located apartment. Nice place, and loaded with everything youd need for a short stay. Wonderful views!
I stayed late in the season, so the sushi bar below was closed. It may have been noisy had it been open/ I dont know

Our stay was excellent. Our host, Pavlos, made our stay great, he was very understanding with our ferry timings. The balcony and rooftop terrace were both fantastic. Everything was very clean upon check in.

Pavlos and Eleni were wonderful hosts. Pavlos met us directly at the ferry port and walked us to the property, he gave us wonderful suggestions and tips for navigating the island. The view from the rooftop is absolutely stunning, the pictures don't do it justice. The location is perfect, close walking distance to the center square with shops, cafes, etc and right next to the water with tons of great restaurants. The room has everything you could want...kitchen, laundry, large bathroom, etc.

The view is incredible. The listing undersells the amazing vista from the rooftop and front window. Incredible all around. High quality appliances and very nice facilities as well. All around a perfect stay.
Honestly the only problem was the bathroom door got stuck when closing it a bit. It just needed a little extra push. That is my very small complaint and the only thing I can think of that I didnt like.

Pavlos is an excellent host. He went out of hist way and far beyond our expectations. To top it off, he gave us a ride to the airport when we were leaving! Quite unexpected but highly appreciated!
Not much is to dislike. Be aware there are steep steps to enter the apartment. We had no trouble with them at all. If you visit in peak season, be aware there is a bar just below the front porch. It can be a great place to be if you want to be near the action!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Kastro. There was everything you could need and a little more. We really felt the care our hosts show their guests. the fridge was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location and views were to die for! Thanks Pavlos and Eleni

Excellent location on the seafront with fantastic views of the bay and the sunset. The facilities are exceptional with everything you need for a luxurious stay on Paros. Pavlos and his sister made us feel very welcome.
No shade on the rooftop terrace and noise from nearby bars. Our tactic was to join in by drinking in the bars!

Wonderful appartment with an amazing and unique 360 terrace on all Parikia and bay. Equipments, location and supplies were great.
Appartment is just above two bars including one just under appartment windows then it was very (too) noisy until 1:30 am every night. Even if we were in vacation and, let's say it, even if we chose an appartment in Paros downtown, this sonor proximity should have been said in the description. Except this little disagreement, everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay in Paros and in this very luxurious appartment.

Could not have been a more perfect stay - met at the ferry on arrival (our ferry was late by 40 minutes too and I had no way of letting them know), driven to the apartment since rain looked possible (even though the walk would have only taken 5 min), extremely well stocked - wine, fruit, juice, milk, bread, cheese/meat, yogurt, cake... spotlessly clean and so much room to spread out. The location was perfect, views from the balcony and rooftop were wonderful. Spent quite a lot of time just relaxing at the apartment since we loved it so much - very handy to have so many restaurants within a few minutes, bus to access anywhere on the island, plus ferries less than 5 min away too. Wonderful!
