We absolutely loved the peaceful location of this property, just across the quiet road from a fabulous little beach. We were able to go snorkelling straight from the beach, and saw fish as soon as we entered the water. I would recommend strolling across the road to the beach at sunrise - it was beautiful. Our room was dated but had by far the most comfortable bed of our whole trip. Our terrace was a lovely place to relax, with a table and chairs. There is free parking at the hotel.
We chose a self-catering room but the cooking area was very small and wasn't really equipped for cooking. However to be fair to the owners we didn't bother mentioning it to them as we only stayed for 4 nights. If we were going to stay for longer we would need a better set up for cooking as we do not like to eat out every night. I think some of the other rooms are better equipped and I would recommend paying more money for one of their better rooms. If they upgraded the rooms they could charge much more money as the rooms are quite spacious and the location is fantastic for people like us who like peaceful, relaxed holidays.

The property was in a perfect location, the beach is right at your doorstep! Maria made us feel right at home and their housekeeping service was excellent. Cute, quaint and quiet, with a beautiful view of the oceans and mountains.
The room was a tad small but we dont need much space at all anyways, we were too busy out exploring the beautiful island!

Great location close to beach, balcony with seaview, free parking, friendly staff.
Kitchenette not well equipped and in need of renovation (burners on stove top rusty looking). No kettle/water cooker but there was a coffeemaker; bathroom very small.

Maria was superb; father always giving us figs to eat from their garden; great location; 50 metres from beach; 200 metres from first Taverna which had a few free sunbeds if using their food & drink; not too far from Pisa Livardi. My wife damaged her ankle on arriving in Paros and Maria was so kind and helpful

Ragoussis House is located right on the beach in Logaras with spectacular views over the beach and adjacent village of Piso Livadi. Along the beach there were several good restaurants and a short walk into Piso Livadi provided lots more. The House is beautifully presented with lots of greenery and we were able to eat tomatoes, figs, lemons and peppers from the garden there. Our hosts couldn't have been more accommodating.
Some of the facilities are slightly dated and the kitchen could have done with some additional bits but everything was clean and worked.

Nice and clean room from where I could see the sunrise from my bed every morning! Maria is a friendly and helpful host - she helped me for example to organise taxi transfers from/to the airport. She gave me all I asked for and once I received cookies baked from her mother. The accomodation is situated between 2 lovely beaches, restaurants and mini-markets are nearby within walking distance. There are bus connections to Parikia and Naoussa too to explore the island.
WLAN Connection in my room wasnt always as good-but outside my door it worked mostly well! A glass in the bathroom to put the toothbrush would be nice.

The location is so great! We loved being so close to the beach!! There are wonderful food places nearby and Ragoussis House is gorgeous!! This is an amazing place to stay for a relaxing holiday in Paros!

Loved the location- super quiet and beautiful beach literally right outside. Very clean and they clean the rooms every day which is lovely. Great balcony with a sea view.
The wifi wasnt amazing but that is no fault of the owners- they would check it straight away. Not too much around but the bus takes you to Parikia and Naoussa so I would totally recommend staying here is you wanted somewhere not as busy.
