The suite is beautifully presented, very comfortable, immaculately clean and very well-equipped. The 180 view from the terrace is unbeatable and the sunsets are amazing. The plunge pool and terrace area make for a very relaxing holiday. It’s a short (2-3 min) walk downhill to a nice beach with clear, clean water.
The location was perfect for us as it is a little away from Parikia (5 mins by car, free parking available). This might mean it isn’t for everyone but if you are happy to drive then it’s perfect.
Lisa is a very warm, approachable host.

Oftentimes when you look at a picture of an appartment you wonder if it is in fact as beautiful in reality. Be assured: it's really this beautiful. As is the appartment: fully equipped with high-level appliances. On top of all, the host, Lisa, is such a friendly and helpful person! Highly recommended.

The space was functional and well equipped. The view is quite stunning with evening sun illuminating the patio and the swimming pool. The hosts are especially accommodating and welcoming.
The place is quite sparsely decorated and the bed mattress are on the harder side. Lack of green in the space and surroundings.

The villa and beach bar were incredible, with amazing views - and our very own private sunset every evening! The villa is stunning with everything that you could possibly need included, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ area, very comfortable beds - the quality is first class. The villa owners also the beach front bar and restaurant below the villa, with crystal clear waters, soft sand, a great summer vibe soundtrack and a wonderful menu!
The location does require a car in our opinion, which was fine for us as we were keen to explore the rest of the island, but when we did take taxis to and from the port we did find them expensive for relatively short distances.

Friendly staff, they have their own restaurants and there are a million restaurants near by
I didn’t do enough research before booking this hotel. I personally did not enjoy this part of Kefelonia as there is nothing to do other than take a bus or a taxi to the beach and then eat. I was drawn to Assos but didn’t realize the distance from this hotel.
There is also an awful smell in the room, not the hotel fault but definitely not the best part of my trip in Greece.

Krios Luxury suites were absolutely lovely. A perfect quiet retreat with fantastic views over the bay.
The apartment has everything you need and a nice large terrace where you can sit and look out to sea or back to Paros. A long sandy beach is 5 mins walk away and it was very quiet. The sea is crystal clear and the beach shallow.
It is approx 25-30 minutes walk into Paros town and around 10-15 Euros to get back - so a good mixture of a quiet private space, but still possible to go into the town for the restaurants and bars
We liked everything about the place. We have no complaints.
We would note the pool is a plunge pool and not a hot tub, so just takes a couple of minutes to get used to the temperature. This is not a complaint - the plunge pool was great - just not hot.
Also, if you want to be in the middle of bars and restaurants this is not the place for you. If you want a perfect quiet retreat with brilliant views and lovely sunsets - then it is.

The property itself is incredible.It’s fitted out to such a high standard - the furniture, the design, everything!! it was such an incredible place to stay. The outside area was amazing and the views are breathtaking. Lisa the owner was amazing and made sure our stay was extra comfortable. They also own the beach bar nearby so you are treated to a special welcome drink! We would highly recommend!
It was far out from the centre of Paros and you really do need a car. I always think when I read reviews that you won’t but you will because it’s not a proper road or even a path and there are no shops nearby.

Beautiful view and sunset. Fully equipped. Krios lounge close by, on the beach, free of charge, with friendly staff and good food. Our contact, Lisa, wad super friendly and helped us with all we needed.
20 min walk to Parikia Beach, and a little more for groceries. So it may be good to rent a car or scooter. Taxi boat is a charming option.
