everything - the staff, the room, the view, the pool, the bed...
that it is a bit of a climb from the center (a bit over a kilometer)...not that we didn't like it but could be an inconvenience for others but the view from the hotel more than made up for it.

Only good things to say about this place, Great staff and a warm welcome, they are ready to help you. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms are new modern and super clean. Highly recommend it!!

The rooms were beautiful, large, and impressive. The service was the best. Noni at the FD was fabulous, with such genuine care. A true hotelier! We would definitely come back.

The staff at this Hotel were 5 * could not do any more for you and very welcoming and polite and professional . The Hotel is wonderful ( we had a villa ) shuttle bus to the town regular and we could eat out at superb restaurants every day ,The Hotel food was reasonable and breakfast had a lot of choices catering for all tastes. would highly recommend the trips too

Beautifully furnished. Villas we good size with huge pools. Lovely views
Villas were basically equipt. Only four plates and cutlery. No bowls. No iron but trouser press which didnt work

The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, the facilities are excellent, restaurant is good and reasonably priced. Actually, the whole place is magical, one of our favourite places we have ever stayed. Its just gorgeous.
Its a little far from town. That makes it quiet, means there are beautiful views, and theres a shuttle service so its never bothered us.

Lovely, friendly, professional and welcoming staff. We arrived 2 hours later than planned but Vicki and the rest of the staff welcomed us like old friends. Even though it was late they still fed us delicious food in the restaurant.
Massages in the spa were great, rooms were lovely and the pool was very clean with plenty of sunbeds available.
We used cabs to ferry us around into town and to attractions around the area. Much cheaper than car hire and no hassle parking in the ridiculously busy Parga.
Definitely returning.
Need a toilet near the pool. You either had to trek back to your hotel room, or walk through the foyer of the hotel and down the stairs to find a toilet.
