Everything was as expected, friendly staff, clean rooms, very quiet place and the most important very close to the beach. Absolutely recommended

Positives:. Host is nice and the price of the room is OK. The adjacent beach is wonderful.
Negatives: room is quite small. We had some loud neighbours (obviously, not the property or the hosts fault - but,, rooms are right next to each other and there is no noise cancellation. Regarding the beach: one should use a car to go there (due to the narrow, steep road). Parking at that beach is a challenge.

Nice view with the mountains
The accommodation is very far from the beach. The car it's a must! During the night, the road from the beach/restaurants does not have public lights. The accommodation does not have mosquito nets.

The location of the studio is good because it's really close to Parga about 5m to travel with a car and also close to Lichnos beach with the studio has direct view of it. Also it's close to other beaches like Vrachos and Sarakiniko which are magnificent. The owners everyday clean the rooms from sand/rocks from beach and every 3 days change of towels.
The rooms does not have any facilities beyond fridge, making hot coffee which we drink was impossible. We were given ground floor room with balcony but we couldn't open the doors because the bed was in direct view where people would walk and we didn't feel safe to open it.

The property is a bit outside of Parga, if you dont have a car, then you might need to rent one or a scooter to reach Parga center, or walk around 3 km.
The distance to Parga and tavernas. We had a car so no issue but hard to find parking there.

Amazing balcony view. Great friendly hosts. Sparkling clean place. Great location (close to Parga and Lichnos). Accommodating for checkin time. Great free parking surrounded by trees (useful when its close to 40C outside). Great water pressure in the shower. Very peaceful surroundings!
The shower cabin could be bigger (bigger people might have less pleasant shower).
