Totally dissatisfied ... I paid for a superior studio and received a double room. The cleanliness in the room was superficial. The towels were changed only once in 7 days. I only had shower gel and shampoo on the first day. Poor breakfast very diluted coffee. Although initially the boss told me that this is what the superior studios look like, after 3 days I was offered to change the room to a superior studio. Obviously I refused... I only had four days left.

It was very spacious (room and bathroom) and very clean. The people were very helpfull and friendly. They arranged good taxi service to the airport (AKTI Airport/Preveza). Service around the bar/pool was perfect. By the bar/pool is good wifi. Breakfast is good with possibility to order fresh baked eggs. The beach is nearby (3 minutes walk). There are very nice excursions possibilities if you arrange this yourself. We went by hired car to Vikoskloof, Meteora, Ioannina, river Archeron (go early!!), Nikopolis and Preveza).
It is very dislocated and in high season it was impossible to hire a scooter or electric bike. Public transport is not available. I could hire a car but you have to take a taxi to town to pick it up. WIFI was not available on the room. Sometimes on the balcony it worked. No excursions possibilities (you have to arrange this yourself or via the excursions providers in town (about 20 minutes walking with steep hills). Information good be better (when you arrive, you have no idea where to go (there are three buildings and a pool with bar), there are very good walking/hiking possibilities but there is no information about it (only a flyer with some rules about how to behave during walking). The feedback is ment for improvement, cause overall we definitely enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location, wonderful green area, very quiet and pieceful place, very close to the nice Valtos beach.
The hosts are really kind and helpful.
Very good breakfast, very nice sitting area.

The room they gave was not the one we reserved. And they didnt give other options. The bathroom was not at the best condition and the door would not lock, very frustrating. Also the internet connection was very poor, wouldnt work most of the time.

Everything was very nice, the people were so friendly, especially the staff of the hotel I stayed, Byzantio Hotel & Apartments , the beach was near the hotel and I loved it, Valtos beach (a calm and family place) Very cool cocktail bars, with the sea view. Loved the castle too, where you can see the all city. Much love from Albania

The rooms are great, fully equipped and thanks to the kind cleaning lady who comes in every day, always clean. Staff is very friendly, always willing to help with anything (they arranged a taxi for us from and to the airport and helped us with renting a scooter, both for better price). The staff even surprised us with better room than we have payed for! Thanks to the Byzantio crew our stay in Parga was excellent. I recommend.
Even though the served breakfast is tasty and varied, I would welcome having the option to choose from buffet.

The location is great, staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly, exceptionally clean, inexpensive to eat and drink there and you feel nothing is too.much trouble. Doesn't feel as though owners are only interested in money, very relaxed and trusting, ie if running a tab.
Nothing, 3rd time there every time has been exceptional
