There really wasn’t anything that would bring be back there again. The place is way too large, took a long time to go everywhere
The u don’t serve coffee on the morning unless you pay for it. They get you for everything , quality of odd is so so… buffet was cold in a lot of dishes

Beautiful room, comfortable bed, and amazing views into the countryside. Staff were incredibly welcoming and lots of options to keep you busy if you're looking to stay within the resort. Very family friendly.
On-site restaurants can be expensive; however there are cheaper local options within 15 minutes drive. With that said the food was very good, so you won't go wrong either way.

The place is wonderful with a perfect view! That terasse was so great! Swimming pools very clean. Big parking. Rodeos restaurant was so good! Such a nice ambiance in the evening! The appartements were very spacious, and both children have a separate bad. And our sleeping room was in some distance from them, which was very nice. The beds were really big and comfortable. In the bathroom all the cosmetics is of the very good quality - really good choice of the mark. It was very quite and peaceful, and super safe on the territory. 12-15 min drive from the nearest beaches and village.
We had issues with the airco. The stuff was really helpful, and also provided us with the compliment, but in general it's rather old airco system... The kitchenette : if we are 4, does it automatically means that 4 forks, spoons and cups is enough? I would like to have some more... The dishwasher is just the worst I have ever seen. Brand new, but the quality is awful. The mini golf also needs some refreshment. Also it was bizzare for me to have a cleaning lady every day (even on the first morning when we just arrived at 01:00).And there were no possibility to indicate that we do not need a cleaning.
But in general these are really minor things. As for Crete - the quality is very good.

Our concierge Anna was a wonderful person to meet upon our arrival - she let us know about all of the services offered and then throughout our stay she checked in with us and made changes to ensure that we were having the best time. She helped arrange a late checkout for us since we had an evening flight - so we didn’t have to leave our room til the end of the day, and midway through our visit when we mentioned that we would like an umbrella for shade on our balcony, we got a room upgrade to a larger suite with two shaded decks. The service was impressive and attentive and our children already want to come back with the entire family. We appreciated the reservation coordinated with the Beachcomber at no additional cost at Stalis beach, which was great for the kids because of the shallow surf. The kids club was also a hit for our kids and they wanted more time there than our schedule allowed.
The location is a little remote - so one is a bit dependent on the food service or minimart, though there are busses into town to go to the supermarket if one wants, it is just a bit inconvenient. The pool hours - 10-6 - feel a little limited, would be nice to have a longer day in the pool. The kids club hours, pool, and shuttle to and from the beach all overlap in ways that make it difficult to do more than one in a day. Some greater coordination, mostly around the beach, to allow for a half day there and then another half day of kids club or pool swimming would be great.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort in Crete. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options available every day. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.
There are great areas for children, including designated zones and activities that are perfect for families. The resort is overall very family-friendly.
The location is a bit remote, so having a car is recommended if you want to explore nearby areas or visit the beach. However, this also means the area is very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing holiday. The views from the resort are beautiful.
The bar and restaurants were fantastic, offering delicious food and drinks in a great atmosphere.
What really made the stay special was the staff – they were very well-trained, incredibly kind, and always available to help. No matter what you needed, they were quick to find a solution and make sure you felt taken care of.
Overall, this is a great place for families or anyone looking for a quiet, high-quality getaway in Greece. Highly recommended!
Pool schedule would require to be modified so it can be more accommodating to the guest's needs.

Didn’t feel crowded, lots of space. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful.
Very spread out, very long to walk from furthest room to reception. I wish the pools were open longer, and there were more activities during the day

The outdoor scenery and fresh air gave our group a welcome scene to rest for our vacation. The activities available were good and the hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel made our stay in the region a pleasant one.
The food choices in the accessible regions and at the hotel could be improved, as food at the hotel was fairly standard yet required a reservation to access. The distance from town and no pre-approved list of restaurants made our group improvise a lot for our meals, while running into a few tourist traps.

The local €10 per night charge was shown as included on our bill. It wasn't and caused an issue finding and extra €140 for our 2 apartments at end of holiday

Room - large and comfortable.
Excellent massage treatments.
Greek dancing on Wednesday evening (The Villas) - superb, 2 hours of fun.
Very helpful staff.
Very nice gardens.
Outdoor facilities - tennis, ping pong, mini golf.
Very comfortable beds.
Jacuzy - should be an independent facility at 30+ degrees, not cold water that is part of the outdoor pool.
Room and walkways - flooding at the first rain. Must handle it.
Gym - can be improved, variety and renewal.
Dinner - does not worth the price charged, almost 20 Euros (variety and quality).
Room - large and comfortable, but lacks many stuff in the kitchen (paper, drying dishes tool, salt, cutting surface, pot,...).
Mini market - exaggerated prices!
No lights along the road to the resort.

Lovely green territory, amazing zone with sun-beads on grass near the pool. Staff is friendly and welcoming.
The small shop has everything you need, and the prices are great!
The food in the main restaurant is good, few vegetarian options as main options (and many salads and sides of course)
In general, I just disliked that important information is hidden:
If you have a half board, you’re able to eat only in the main restaurant. There are no photos of this restaurant (pretty usual and a bit outdated), and all nice designed areas you can see at picture aren’t covered in your HB, you need to pay for it.
Projectors for the tennis court are not free, it costs 15 euros for 30min, which is a bit strange considering 5*stars hotel.
Shuttle bus to the beach is going only twice at the morning 9:45, 10:45, and the trip takes around 35 minutes. The trip back goes also only two times, at ~16. Beach club doesn’t allow you to bring your own food and drinks, but they have a good selection of snacks and drinks (not so many veg options btw)
Also neither booking or hotel provided an info about new Climate Resilence Tax, which Greece introduced in January 2024. You have to pay 10eur per night per room, which may results in extra 100eur for 10 nights.

The hotel had everything we needed.
We really enjoyed the facilities!
The quality of food was great inspired by local cuisine. The staff were amazingly helpful and kind. We enjoyed the tennis court.
Everyday the swimming poll was cleaned.
Problem was solved but I ought to mention it.
The bedroom’s ceiling had some mold.
It wasn’t a matter of cleaning but mostly an issue of the general maintenance. They offered to give us another room and they offered us a day of free breakfast.

The hotel itself and the grounds were very nice. The pools were great, and the bar service and food was good quality. The views from our apartment were amazing, and it was very quiet, so great for a relaxing break. The supermarket was good value and quite inexpensive considering they have a captive audience. The staff were all very polite and helpful.
The location was too far out of town for us. The shuttle service was frequent and very useful, but you couldn't walk anywhere from the hotel, it was too cut off. We hired a car and spent a lot on cabs. The opening and closing hours of the pools need to be extended, 10am -6pm, was a little restrictive if you like an early morning swim. The sofas in our self-catering accommodation were quite uncomfortable.
