The staff went above and beyond for us! They were lovely. Our rooms were beautiful and clean! And the rooftop bar was a cool bonus! Also great location! Only a 10 minute walk from the main strip of bars and restaurants!

It is a bit far from the beach and the parking is a few minutes walk, the pool was never sunny

This is a hidden gem of a place, all the staff are lovely very friendly and helpful, I was in one of the older rooms but had no complaints it was spotless and large and the bed was the best Ive slept in in Crete. The only thing I didnt like was the dreaded shower curtain but definitely not a dealbreaker. A lovely selection for breakfast (not too keen on the coffee ) only because I prefer a barista style coffee. The pool doesnt get much sun at this time of the year.
There wasnt anything I didnt like apart from the shower curtain..

The pool area in the shade and not very nice. Small balcony. No cooking facilities or toaster Basic equipment and crockery, no bottle opener etc No facilities for washing up Not enough storage Not enough hangers Basic toiletries

The staff is excellent. Super friendly and helpful all the time. The breakfast is very nice, all fine, fresh and delicious.
The room was not the best in the hotel, it was a studio on the ground floor. It was clean and OK, but they have better rooms I'm pretty sure. So choose a room with a view and higher floor to get better one than us.

The room was beautiful and comfortable and the staff was very kind.
The last couple of days the heated water was empty and the breakfast was everyday the same. Everything was tasty, but almost any modification in the menu.

The breakfast was continental and was very good. The property was a 10/15 minute walk from the sea, but it was still located in a very nice village full of very good shops and restaurants.

We really liked the welcome and the service, a stunning and large room! A kitchen that is fun to prepare food in, a sofa, a balcony with a sea view, and a stunning and large room
We need to add luxurious and large blankets in the rooms, we need to take care of clean towels every day and not every other day

I loved the pool and the surroundings The rooftop bar, 33 steps is amazing, great cocktails - I recommend the pisco sour or negroni and they also serve amazing food that we were so impressed with, the lambchops are a must try. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and good at their jobs. Very good for the price.
I expected my room to look like the pictures I saw when booking, I got pictures of a newly refurbished room with my booking confirmation. When I arrived I received another un-refurbished room. It was nice enough, but as we were staying for 2 weeks we would have preferred to receive the room we saw in the pictures.
