Little problems that got ll handled by Jannies.afternoon manager.the morning girl speaks bad english and can not handle most things .breakfast is terrible.

Ocean view when we take the brekfast. Santorini style i perfect smal things. Excellent restaurant food. We prefer public transport in Greek and bus stop 16 was only 15 minuta walk. Nights with DJ on the beach. Comfortable large room and taras. Wow it was better then pictures show. Thank You and see You soon.

Nice and modern design, nice pool and small pool for kids. Very kind receptionist guy.
There were many small flies in the rooms and the property does not have place at the beach, it has to be booked separately

We really enjoyed our stay, fantastic staff and wonderful pool, the room was big and clean, good breakfast. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Amazing Atmosphere, Thanks for all.

They went above and beyond to check to make sure my room had good internet as that was a request of mine. The reception was also super friendly and helpful. Helped me to figure out transport to heraklion and actually followed through.

Amazing place, greek style rooms with nice pool + separate smaller pool for toddlers. Owners very helpful, close to shop, restaurants and car hire. If you are looking for an cosy place to relax and enjoy your stay in Crete, OV suites would be the perfect choice.

Location is great and our room was quite spacious. Pool area is quite nice and, as the hotel is small, you could always find a sunbed. It certainly was not a disappointment, but there is space for improvement. Staff were forthcoming and we got our room cleaned earlier, when we asked.
Although our room was second from the restaurant music was not that loud and we could sleep ok.
Although the design looks fresh, hotel does require some maintenance, especially the bathrooms and the bed matreces. Also copule kettles in the kitchenette would be useful. I would be ready to pay 10 EUR a night more, but have free AC, which is 7 EUR per night, we didnt use it in the end.

Disappointing
Comfortable sun beds and also we were very happy to meet Giannis, he is the only greek person at the reception, the only one that understands English and the only one that was always polite and helpful. Also there is parking close to the hotel and for us this was a big plus.
Since we arrived we thought that the hotel deserves a 10 especially because of the nice welcoming atmosphere that Giannis provided but soon it went down the hill once we discovered the true nature of this place.
First of all we were told that the pool is available until 23:00 and we were happy with this but almost every night there were kids yelling and splashing till 02:00 and they sounded like they were in the room with us. We also traveled with our child (4yo) and we wanted to rest but couldnt. If you want to rest well this is not the place for you.
The other receptionist, a blonde girl that didnt even introduce herself was quite rude, never at reception desk and always with her phone and talking in her language loud ( Ucraina I believe) . Both myself and my husband thought that se was a guest at the hotel. We only found out last day at check out that she works there. Didnt even say goodbye
The room was not cleaned for 3 days then they cleaned it every day not sure why it was left for 3 days ! Towels were not changed unless you asked for and you have to pay 3 for large and 2 for small (each)
The toilet is not working properly (did not flush and we had to always take out the lid and press the water pump so it can work)
The bed mattress had mold and was covered by a topper. We have used our own sheets because the ones they offered were stained and had some small holes in it.
Bring your own moskito spray! We were lucky to have and it was very useful. There are lots of small ants and spiders also in the room.
The breakfast was super basic and not the best quality products. Always empty and had to wait for waiters to bring the food at the small boufet.
