Very Good
We stayed here in early October as a family of four and overall had a great time. The highlight of the hotel is its impressive water park, featuring multiple slides suitable for all ages and adventure levels, supervised by attentive lifeguards who ensure guest safety. There are also several food stands offering fast food, ice cream, and drinks. The only thing we felt was missing was a lazy river.
The hotel’s beach was also very nice — sandy, calm, and well-protected thanks to the sea walls
The food was generally good and tasty, and the restaurant staff were kind and attentive. It’s just a pity that quality coffee wasn’t available. The hotel staff overall were very friendly and helpful.
A couple of minor downsides: the room cleaning could have been more thorough, and since we visited in early October, the water in the pools and water park was quite cold as it isn’t heated. It would be great if the hotel considered heating the water during the shoulder seasons.

Entertainment team was exceptional!!!! Wonderful kids zone, my child really enjoyed it.
Mini disco for kids and shows for all family, was really very nice.

Great location, 20 min drive from Heraklion airport, Across the road from the beach.
Very nice 2 stories accommodating, with a little garden balcony or a second floor balcony.
Beautiful garden and beach view.
A great deal of our wonderful experience belongs to the amazing stuff of Stella village.

Very Good
Great staff, excellent service, doing everything they can to fulfil guests needs. Rooms are comfortable but lacking storage places . Good variety of the food, great shows at night. Also, beautiful beaches. The water park is definitely amazing and can fit all ages
Pools at the Stella village are small and old and quite disappointing. Stella palace is nearby and has wonderful pools but you can’t use them as a Village guest.

Location, near the beach, the kids area it's very nice, the garden very beautiful and well mentained, the food option and the hole personal it was great, the entertainment and the fact that in every night they planned different kind of shows ( dancing, magic , pool party, night movies - for the kids it was fantastic). The beach is also clear and with soft sand , water very good at end of August. I cannot complain on something about the resort ..just a few little things that needs some improvements.
Not too much to say and they are not related to the resort to be honest..The resort it's dedicated to the families in general , and there are alot of English people , French etc that are coming with their kids and they leave them sometimes without watching over them. This means that the kids are doing alot of things that are not ok..of course this is due to the parents, and education that they receive, but it would have been good to have someone to look over them and be careful.
Other thing it's also not related to the hotel but i ll leave the comment for the visibility, be aware that the transportation infrastructure in Crete it's very bad. If you don't rent a car, the taxis are overpriced ( I think it s like a shark mafia in the entire island like Bolt and so on, for 5 km they want between 25 - 30 euro one ride!!! This is crazy! ) . The buses are also very bad, they don't come or if they will do it, you will not know where are they going)
If you don't come prepared with cash, all the ATM are taking 10% commission for one transaction - also very bad from my opinion and would be good for everyone to know this in advance.

The food was good and staff are friendly. The hotel transportation for minivan car from the hotel to the airport is 70€ instead of 55€.
The hotel entrance doesn’t look like a hotel entrance, the pools are small, suitable for kids but not adults. They always a sewage smell in the room bathroom and the rooms are not clean.

Room was new and renovated.
We were in a remote room, which required a long walk to anywhere(water park/restaurants). While in reception they told us that a club car will be available every time we'll need it, it was never available (we even booked a night before our departure a club car in advanced and it just didn't arrive, although they kept telling us "he is on is way").
Food in the restaurants was just ok.
The floor in the room wasn't clean after cleaning the room.
There is no noise cancellation in the room, you hear all people walking and talking outside.

Very Good
The facility is really nice and well maintained, with beautiful greenery that creates a pleasant atmosphere. There are activities for the kids throughout the day, which was a big plus for our family. We also enjoyed the many swimming pool options and the aquapark — there was plenty to keep everyone entertained.
The quality of the food was average to good — some meals were enjoyable, while others were just okay. One of the highlights was the nearby beachfront restaurants just outside the resort, which were within walking distance and offered a nice change of scenery and food options.
On the downside, the large number of plants attracted insects and mosquitoes, which bothered the kids. The rooms were also not as clean as we had expected and could use more attention from housekeeping. Additionally, the beach was a bit disappointing — the water wasn’t very clear, and we would have appreciated having a snack and drink bar nearby for added convenience.

The staff was always very helpful, everyone was very nice and tried their best to solve any problems we had. The waterpark was marvelous with so many slides for different ages and the app with all of the activities is so convenient.
There was always something to do with kids - kids club/darts/football etc, never bored.
I felt like food options were a bit limited, especially at the breakfast. As well as the hours of the breakfast for late sleepers are a bit too early, and if you're late you have only fast food at the waterpark. Good coffee only on extra.
The hotel is located in a village, not much to explore/shop around it.

- amazing cocktails (best we had in an all inclusive resort)
- nice staff (even treated baby to a plushy when we left and also gave us a complimentary soap box)
- clean
- comfortable beds
- sunbeds available almost always
- Mediterra bar was beautiful
- they have boxes for dropping empty galsses all over the resort which is great
- food was extremely repetitive with very few seafood meals which comes as a surprise for a resort in Greece
- the beach is small and the water has algae. Not at all the image people have when thinking of Greece
- no beach bar
- the walk to the resort from the bus station is a nightmare so if you are not renting a car, be ready to be isolated for your stay with just a couple stores and lousy beaches. Or take a taxi for around 50 euros one way...
- asking for reservation to have dinner in the Mediterra restaurant despite it also being a buffet (only difference is being served cocktails...which wouldn't be hard to do in the other restaurant as well)
- entertainment for smaller kids was almost non existent
- loud fireworks at 11 PM every night is not something you would expect in a family resort
- There is gyros being served as a snack in the Waterpark. However, it is minuscule and lacks key ingredients like fries and tzatziki (they just throw a spoon of yogurt in...)
- unclear opening and closing hour for the pools. We asked and were told that the pools are closing at sundown...whatever that is supposed to mean day by day I guess

The all inclusive is the best out of a lot of resorts, staff are ever so friendly and our room was stunning. The dinner buffet had a lot of options and the food was very good!

Wonderful
We liked the peesonal treatment and the atmosphere. Lika and Maria from the reception were grete! Maria organized my son's birthday beautiflly, and Lika was simplly there when ever needed. The food in the dining room is wonderful.
The kids club.
They have a new and well orginaized kid club. The problem is that you can only see it but not use it if you are under 6-7 years or if you want your parent with you. Than you are allowed to come between 13-15 only, when usually this is a sleeping hour for the little ones and hopefully for their parents (It was not like that in other resorts we've been to) . The rulls there are very stricked and the children were quite frustrated. I'm sure it can be change.
