I liked a lot:
The aqua park that has attractions for every age group.
The bars are excellent and the barmen are professionals.
The staff is friendly and professional.
The shows in the evenings were spectacular. The dancers group and the illusionist were top notch.
The Mediterranean Sea Cuisine restaurant is exquisite.
The room was very nice.
The main restaurant was good as well.
Maintenance needs to be better.
We had a leak in our room from the ceiling, coming from the room above, twice. The staff tried their best to fix, but it was an annoyance.
Not enough shade in the aqua park.
The showers for the leaving guests were in a very bad condition. Soap holders were torn off the wall, the place was dirty and smelled pretty bad.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Friendly and heart warming. Every detail thought to accommodate every guest. We loved being there with our children and see other families at every age, enjoying. The energy is of absolute happiness and friendliness. The food was excellent! Fresh and an incredible verity. The staff makes sure you have everything you need. Very high quality.

The facilities were well maintained, the staff was very welcoming and always smiling. A huge variety of food, very tasty and clean. So many things to do there, kept us busy all day for 5 days! The pool party was fun too.
Was hard to find an available bed around the pools. People come early and mark their spot, then leave without clearing their stuff. If you don't come early enough, you will not have a seat till the end of the day.

We came for a family vacation with 6 kids different ages . And it was perfect. The stuff is kind and nice.The food was always fresh and tasty. Any time you can find food and drinks. The swimming pools are clean and warm. The beach is close, clean and quiet. There are markets to bye anything you need/ forgot to buy (toys for pool and beach, sunscreen lotion, swimming suits for everyone, all kinds of clothing for pool and beach , comfortable prices, so don't worry)

INCREDIBLE stay. Impeccable service from the minute we arrived. Staff was over the top nice and genuinely happy in every interaction. Check in was smooth and easy. Room was clean, comfortable, and the sliding door (to make a 2 BDR) is an absolute game changer for families. Fresh towels daily, beds made daily- something a lot of resorts/hotels are falling short on these days. Endless hot water for those after pool/beach showers.
All the facilties were amazing and well kept. Pools everywhere and none of them ever felt too crowded. Waterpark was stellar and the all-day snack bar was so great for mid day snacks. You will want for nothing at this resort. Food was incredible. Buffet was always fresh and tons of options. Breakfast was extensive and so good every morning. Fun activities and shows- your kids will have the best week of their lives at Stella!
Staff always happy and attentive. Any additional requests can be made seamlessly through the App. 10 out of 10 stay. This isn't my first all inclusive, but it was by far the BEST. This place is paradise.

The resort overall is nice, and the pools are clean. It was nice to have the Waterpark next door as the kids had a lot of fun.
The daily activities program had plenty of choices for everyone.
The restaurants claim they are fully booked while the tables are empty! We wanted to try them but we couldn't and had to go for the open buffet everyday which was OK.

The resort is great, we really enjoyed our all inclusive vacation.
Nicely designed, clean, well maintained. Great, fresh and varied food in all the restaurants, nice cocktail bars.
Great service, wonderful crazy water park. Very nice, clean and big swimming pools, we enjoyed the spa, nice shows in the evenings, we enjoyed the pianist at breakfast. The hotel invests a lot in the guest's experience.
We stayed at a beautiful family room with a shared swimming pool. Spacious and comfortable room for a family of 5.
The staff all over the resort was really really nice and helpful, Exceptional!
20-25 minutes from Heraklion airport.
The hotel's beach is small and not so nice, but 10-15 min. drive from the hotel you can reach beautiful beaches. However, with the nice swimming pools and wonderful water park, we didn't really need the beach.
Maybe they can limit the smoking in public areas.
Wi Fi was pretty wick.

very very big hotel complex, choice and quality in the buffet restaurant could be better, drinks (wine) not cold, not even 1x a la carte food included for a 4-night stay altough receptionist at check in told us we have 2 evenings in a la carte restaurant included, next day the concierge told us there is only one evening included and when we wanted to make a reservation they told us that we have to pay. Loading of an E-car was confirmed at time of booking but it was not possible on the spot because they did not have a cable so we had to go to a petrol station and wait until car was fully loaded. Due to bad weather all kids were invited to the kids club without any program (totally overcrowded due to adult accompaniment), booking via app was not possible - only waitlist for kids club etc.. Potential upwards: especially with the staff: many false information and particularly the waiter at our pool bar (room with direct pool access): he made inappropriate lewd remarks about the female guests at his bar and wanted to encourage my husband to do the same - an absolutely impossible behaviour!

The facilities are great and the stuff is very nice and attentive. The room and surroundings was cleaned every day and the food was very good, even for vegetarians.
The only downside was the the weather was bad and the place doesn't have much options for that (everything is outdoor). It would be nice if they come up with things to do that are indoor for cases like that.

First of all the staff - the hotel staff is EXCELLENT and by the end of the day the way you are treated is what matters. We arrived very late at the hotel and the hotel staff prepared sandwiches, salads, cheese and fruits for us. That was already a beatiful gesture!
Mr. George received us with a big smile and full explanations.
My daughter has celiac and the hotel offered a variety of gluten free products. The restaurant manager Mrs. Charyssa (a true ANGEL) took care of her and *everyday* came to her to ask what she would like to eat.
The food was excellent thanks to chef Yorgos and manager Nikos took care of the Veranda restaurant as it was his own home.
The hotel is huge and they have club cars with polite and funny drivers! Stelios was one of them and he took us everywhere, talking to us in Hebrew, always smiling.
Every evening there was an excellent entertaining ptogram with talented artists.
The room service app does not work. One day we received less towels than the number of people in the room and needed toilet paper and made a request through the app but nothing happened. Something minor, considering all the good things...The hotel deserves a 10!
