Property is beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. All the facilities were easy to find and easily accessible with a call for a golf cart lift. Staff members were friendly and able to communicate in English. The food was great!
The bathroom had an unpleasant scent. The app they insisted on guests using did not work well so I was unable to make restaurant or spa reservations.

The staff were friendly. The food was delicious and the drinks flowed well. We would still most definitely revisit, but there are a couple of ways the hotel can improve.
The housekeeping could have been better - we were there for 6 days and no additional toilet roll was given, until I requested it, even though we had the room cleaned. Also the cups for tea and coffee were not replaced until day 9 of our stay, again only after I queried this twice. We had 10 trips to the 5 onsite a la carte restaurants, and the first time we went to each, they were amazing, however the second time we went to two of them, on two separate occasions my main course arrived as we were still having our starters. So it was either leave the starter or let the main course get cold.

Stunning! Best hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff were exceptional! Highly recommend for a romantic stay away or a girls trip! Out of this world!
The surrounding area doesnt have much to offer. Youre there for the resort, thats the main attraction, if not the only attraction. But its more than enough to keep you entertained. You dont need to leave the resort if you dont want to.

A very relaxing resort. Absolutely stunning. The most attentive staff I have ever experienced from a hotel. Never an empty glass. The food was perfection! A great all inclusive location with delicious drinks and phenomenal food.
Not didnt like but general feedback.
The fact that the beds are also possible for twin set up, we found these quite uncomfortable with the seem in the middle where they are pushed together.
Outside our room 431 the room cleaning started very early and exceptionally noisy (rooms are definitely not sound proofed from the front) they unfortunately appeared to park their carts / leave the towels outside our room and kept coming back there, this started at around 8:30 which was frustrating to lie in.
Also near our room on the walk way to the pool, there was a table where used food and drink would be left after clearing the rooms, this always had something on it morning day or night and unfortunately had a lot of ant attention around the table. Which as the day went on was just lots of dead ants where people had walked over them.
The bikes would be nice to include within the all inclusive. For a couple to borrow the bikes its 60 euro to start which to me is very expensive. Perhaps that could be a deposit and can be refunded or have the option of non electric bikes.

The hotel is beautiful and the food was good in the majorly of the restaurants, the staff are amazing and very on-hand during the day. The spa is 10/10, I had 3 hours worth of treatments and it was worth every penny and the shop opposite the resort is really cute.
Unfortunately they do not inform you before that the all inclusive ends at 11pm and is not available in your room, you have to pay 8 every time you order to your room. Drinks and food. The entertainment cuts off at 11pm and then everyone goes to bed, which was slightly odd. You also are only able to book 3 of the restaurants on a 5 night stay, so you have no choice but to use the standard buffet on the other days for other meal times.

Everything there is wonderful.
The only issue for us has been that the matress was too soft in the lower back. After two days sleeping there we both had some back pain, but we solved the issue just sleeping traversed. XD
