Disappointing
beds were comfortable, rooms were nice. Champagne and dessert surprise for our anniversary. Live music the second night
Entire resort smelled like sewage. We were told both breakfast locations had the same food. Come to find out the second one was unexpectedly closed on us the second day and first one was way better. Pool was freezing. Nothing to do at the resort. Live music was nice but one night we stayed in room and could hear live music throught the night and couldn't sleep. Bet this place was nice 5 years ago.. Also, "Adults ony" but literally shares a border to it's sister company which is a WATER PARK FOR KIDS. Kids screaming up and down across the fence.

The place looks like it was taken from a postcard, it is beautiful and has a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The staff is amazing and polite, taking care of everything you need with kindness. The facilities are maintained to a high standard and the food is excellent.

Everything was wonderful, breakfast was good, great options. The entire vibe of the hotel was pure relaxation. We loved it so much we stayed an additional night.
Not much, to be very picky- the buffet could have similar staff to the restaurants, but it could have been just our experience.

The entire place was fantastic. We had such a beautiful time and our room was incredible.
We were given the best room available and we were treated incredibly well.
They forgot the birthday cake for my parents birthday. We were also left waiting for a menu for 1 hour in a restaurant when it was basically empty then food took another 2 hours.
In our second restaurant it again took 3 hours to get any food.
When our room was cleaned they didn’t change the glasses or bring new towels. The shampoo was missing when we first got there:
It was great but there was a lot of small mistakes that felt frustrating especially when I had arranged birthday surprises that then didn’t happen.

I literally loved everything about this trip there is nothing I could say other than thank you to the staff for going above and beyond for my 30th birthday and making the trip so memorable for me and everyone else!
The only 2 things I could say if anything were that the room we chose was more elevated because of my birthday but everyone in our group booked different rooms so we were able to see what they all looked like. The physical room was to me not worth what they charged for it. A friend of mine with a regular premium room with swim up pools room was bigger than ours.
The other thing was the spa, I found all the services we received to be just okay. As a frequent spa goer and international travelers that goes to spas I’ve enjoyed a few and this was just fine. For the price my favorite thing was the facial I received.
