The resort itself has just about everything you could want. What else is there? The numerous water activities for all ages are well maintained. Kids will love the variety. The big water slides are endless fun even for adults. The snack bars are well placed. Some may want more options of food/drink from here but I was satisfied. The small beach areas deliver some beautiful visuals. The rooms are clean and spacious, we had a beautiful of the sea. The WIFI always delivered a strong signal in all areas. There was always plenty of seating. All the staff worked at a fast pace and were polite and helpful if required.
My biggest compliment goes to the food. There is an amazing variety. You'd have to be the pickiest eater in the world to not find something to enjoy. I loved the different themes each night. I'd like to shake the hand of the chefs that craft some of this delicious food. The desserts in particular would not be out of place in a Michelin star restaurant, they're that delicious and neatly put together.
Even during hectic times in the restaurants the staff are extremely efficient at keeping things stocked and organised, they all deserve a raise.
The local shop is a little overpriced but it has absolutely everything you need.
The biggest compliment any resort can get is that you'll never feel like you need to leave to find what you want.
These are only small nitpicks. The road that runs between the resort can be a bit unsafe at times. Quad bikes regularly speed up and down here.
Checking in can be slow, there are always large groups waiting to be taken to their rooms.
The location of the resort isn't the best for excursions but that's no fault of the resort obviously. There is a bus stop seconds away that most excursions go from though.
It would be nice to have a few more English speaking TV channels.

Food was very nice, big range of choosing and two more restaurants pre booked for all inclusive guests.
Really small information what swimming pools can be used by the guest, did not understand why some of them was called private and prepaid only then number of rooms in hotel is really big. If you already pay for all inclusive why extra needs to be paid for some of the swimming pools?

A very large property with lots to do starting from babies and through older children. The room was very comfortable with a balcony which is a huge plus. Food was available everywhere and all the time so there was no need to worry.
Just something to take into account, the water is cold everywhere, takes some getting used to, as well as the Greek employees attitude, you must ignore the rudeness and expect it so that it wont ruin your vacation, it is their mentality.

Facilities - the pools and the waterpark is amazing for kids and even for adults. We spent a lot of time at the pools and enjoyed every minute.
Also, there are snack bars near the pools where we were able to get pizzas, noodles, salad, french fries, ice cream and beverages.
Food - very fresh food with a big diversity, the meals were a bit different each day and it was nice.
Area - there were stores, mini-market, car rent, carting, mini-golf, and more, near the hotel so we could enjoy from even more activities except those that were included at the hotel.
Also, our flight was delayed and we arrived at 10pm, after the dinner was over, and there was a late arrivals dinner served. It was very nice and thought-full.
Room - I ordered the Superior family room and was expecting something superior but the room was pretty standard and not as shown on the pictures on Booking (why didnt they write that the pictures are for illustration purposes only? ). There was a window inside the bath area that was visible to the neighbors balcony what leaded me to always check twice if the curtain is closed properly and in general I didnt feel comfortable to shower. The room itself was separted to parents and kids room with a little hallway between them so basically it felt like a very small apartment and not a hotel room, especially not a superior one.

Very small bathroom, the toulet some how is under the sink.
We stayed in an anex of the hotel, on the other side of the road. 10 minute walk to the beach. The hotel was supposed to be on beach side.

Very good food, multiple attractions , fantastic location, very nice staff.
Checkout was very unpleasant, staff didn't have any patience.
There was a 420EUR difference between booking charges and actual, we received a massege about it a few days before arrival, after already paying more than 3000EUR with no cancelation option.

Room was upgraded and was very big. The staff was helpful and accomodated all of our requests. Room was cleaned every day. But the biggest bonus for this hotel is their pools. There were plentiful of water activites for any age (our kid loved it and we found fun water slides for ourselves too).
