The hotel facilities are beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean - you can tell its all very new. The spa was incredible. And the staff were really nice and accommodating.
Tip for parents with small kids: Request a room near reception. It helped us avoid all the hill climbing
I was not a huge fan of the food, some nights were better than others. I also would warn that the pool is not heated, so it was pretty cold.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Our room was very comfortable, and the hotel’s facilities were top-notch, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
- Our room was located on top of a hill, which took a little time to get used to, but the hotel’s car service made it easy.
- The buffet could use more variety, as some basic items were missing.
- Access to other resort restaurants outside the buffet is limited depending on the length of stay, and this wasn’t communicated in our Booking confirmation. The staff were very helpful in addressing this and did their best to compensate for the misunderstanding.

The property is very clean the maintenance is super tidy, room cleaning was exceptional, food was great, got an room upgrade, Special thanks to Koutandos Michalis front office manager for his great assistance findings the best water sports attraction and upgrading our rooms.

We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel, booking four rooms for our family. Everything was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained.
The staff was absolutely amazing – professional, friendly, and always ready to help.
A special thank you to Michael the desk officer manager, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His service was exceptional.
Also, Fernando, the food and restaurant manager was incredibly attentive and ensured every request was met with a smile.

Wonderful family holiday, we were all happy because:
- we booked two double rooms, got two rooms upgraded, the rooms are very clean, big and comfortable. Each room has two toilets and showers. Our kids have their own privacy. They clean the rooms everyday.
- internet very fast but once in a while there’s none
- full board, food is delicious. They also care about the special needs guests. Our kid cannot eat gluten, they make every meal for her whenever she needs.
- the gym is very clean, new but no instructions for some machines. No staff who can be reached.
- everyone can book table at all three restaurants they have. Foods are generally the same as the main restaurant. The asian is the best, we highly recommend.
- entertainment is low budget but some programs are entertaining.
- we love the dehydrating water refill system, there are machines everywhere where you can refill fresh water, top!
- the manager Jasmine cares a lot her guests, she follows up and arrange birthday cake for our daughter, she had a wonderful 10 year old birthday celebration at one of their restaurants.
Guests reserved the sun beds although there are signs everywhere saying please don’t. The people are basically don’t care and ignore. Management should do something such as removing the towels after 30 mins to prevent. We saw many towels on it but the guests never showed up. Very annoying.

Excellent hotel that has just been totally renovated. The food was more or less the same, but there was a good variety of food at all meals and we were always able to satisfy all the family including the kids :) A small tip for families - the nuggets and fries at the waterpark bar are unbeatable, kids loved them! The hotel is very well-planned, everything is really close and we luckily got a room at a lower level, not at the top (the hotel is located on a hill slope). All the amenities in the room looked new. I would particularly mention the outstanding entertainment team which went above and beyond to satisfy every guest, including the small ones! Our kids spent a lot of time in the kids club and really had fun there, special thanks to Andra, Eva and Paula! The evening program and the fitness classes were also really nice. What was cool about the waterpark, it had slides for all ages, for little kids and a couple of more steep ones and it was built in a really safe way, so there was no need in a lifeguard there and the kids were able to slide alone as well. Overall - absolutely positive impression, we had lots of fun and highly recommend the hotel, especially for families!
Once we saw ants in the room and we started to be very careful not to leave any food around and I think they were just gone, we didn't even ask to do anything. The pools are not heated and that's totally fine, but they could have made an exception for the small pool (for toddlers).

Beautiful resort with super friendly employees. Everything was clean, the hotel itself is gorgeous and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the cocktailbar, but everything was of very high quality. The appartement itself was spacious and modern and had everything we could wish for.
The buffet could use a little bit more variety. After a few days, we felt like it was all largely the same sort of food again and again. Even though its of very great quality and it was always well stocked. We also weren’t that big fans of the a la carte restaurants. The Mexican one was fine, the other two weren’t that good.

Great value for money!
I truly enjoyed my stay there; all the equipment was new and of high quality.
The service was excellent, and all the staff were nice and attentive.
I’d like to specifically mention Jasmijn from the guest relations department.
Her impeccable support, kindness, and willingness to help were greatly appreciated!
I had a flight change and couldn’t reach the relevant department, but she made numerous attempts to contact them while working.
Moreover, she gave perfect advice and recommendations that made my trip even better. I wouldn’t have discovered those places without someone local who knows what’s attractive and not overly touristic.
Overall, a great choice. 10/10!

Property was lovely! Aesthetics were great, exceptionally clean. Buffet restaurant had lots of variety, breakfast especially good, and the al la carte restaurants made it feel as though you were dining out, the food, service and look all great! Staff could not be more helpful, helped me plan for a birthday, book excursions and checked in with us regularly. Spa was lovely, and wet room facilities price very reasonable and well equipped gym! Areas for families and adults only, so accommodating for all.
Situated on a hill, so getting too and from the beach/shops is not ideal unless you book the hotel beach day. If you have a room at the top of the hill, it’s a bit of a walk, however there are staff members around 24 / 7 to give you a lift on a buggy, so didn’t bother us at all. The only downside really for me, were the alcoholic drinks, the cocktails were all pre-made and there were branded drinks listed on the all inclusive menu, but they did not have any of these, only local spirits

The best service I have received!
Because of the security situation in our country, we had 2 flights canceled, I called to the hotel, explained the situation to them and asked to change our arrival dates, they immediately checked and gave me back an answer that there was no problem and they would postpone the booking date.
After we arrived at the hotel we found out that they had upgraded his room to a suite and in the room they put a bottle of champagne and desserts for us.
The hotel itself is very nicely designed.
The food in the dining room is very varied and the dining room itself is very clean and tidy.
The service of the entire staff is simply wonderful!
We will definitely be back next summer.
The spa is very nice but a bit expensive.

Style, design, ambiance, very pretty long-distance views from the "Hill"
Animation team was awesome, in a positively non-intrusive way and with great energy! Same goes for the Kids Club /
MiniDisco and the evening shows. Really a top strong point!
One of the first hotels where you got proactive personal attention by guest services, checking whether everything is fine
etc... via Whatsapp.
Shower pressure is awesome, a big plus!
Seaview can be great (if the room has it)
Pools, just the right size, depth and temperatures were ok, too.
Quality of the food offerings at the buffet is, on average, very good and with good taste.
The reception is open H24, so late arrival not a problem.
WIFI is great around pretty much the whole site.
We liked the inclusive Asian Specialty restaurant food for a "break" in the otherwise somewhat European/Greek Buffet tastes.
Air Conditioning is powerful and quiet. Instructions for the control could be improved.
The room location "qualities" (seaview yes/no/partial, proximity to kids club / waterpark) or quietness (sound from pool/evening entertainment or a "quiet retreat") vary greatly but are not well documented/selectable in my opinion. Also, there's a significant portion of rooms with less than sea- or even average "garden" views. We initially got a, for us, "average" room which for someone else might be quite perfect as it was at the far end of the complex, only very limited seaview, at the furthest from all the kids playgrounds etc... Thanks to guest services checking up on guests, we inquired whether we could be moved closer to all the kids stuff, which was made possible a day or two in, this greatly improved the experience. We didn't mind all the pool and evening entertainment noises at all, which someone else might find very disturbing.
Buffet temperature was a problem as stated in many reviews and acknowledged by guest services. Definitely a priority area that needs to be improved. Strangely, food kept in steamed containers with temperature settings that did appear to make sense, yet whatever you picked came out mostly lukewarm with few exceptions (pizza, meats directly from the grill...). "Pro-tip": there's a little microwave just besides the kids buffet, saw a lot of guests using it to get pasta heated etc...
Drink/cocktail quality. Only copy-cat liquors.
Sofa beds too firm
Room service/cleaners seemed to be understaffed while e.g. basic floor wiping would have deserved a bit more attention.
We tried the Greek and Asian specialty restaurants and were underwhelmed, compared to the buffet and somewhat rave reviews. Not even the service level was particularly good (rushed and lack of proper timing/sequencing). As a result we cancelled any remaining reservations and just enjoyed the buffet.
