We have just returned from our holiday and would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel team for taking such wonderful care of us. Everything exceeded our expectations. We were kindly upgraded to a better room than the one we had booked through the website, which made our stay even more special.
The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options every day. The staff were always kind, attentive and happy to help.
We returned home with wonderful memories and would gladly stay at Elios Hill again. Highly recommended!

- The stuff is very nice and helpful!
- The food is ok, there is a big variety but there is room for improvement.
- The coffee is bad :/ . We expected that there will be a barista but was only an automatic machine.
- They upgraded our rooms so that was very nice!
- Gym is nice, could have more weights but overall great for cardio and weights practice.
- paddle / tennis / football courts are nice.
- the pools are great!
- cocktails / snacks were great!
- The bed is comfy but we got two single beds attached and not king size.
- The hotel is located on a mountain so you have to have a car or take a taxi to travel. (Free parking inside the hotel)
- if you travel as a family be aware that your rooms will not necessarily be next to each other but they try their best - walking inside the hotel is not that hard like other people mentioned.
- They put balloons inside our family room for our child birthday that was very nice of them!

The hotel is new, all facilities were very clean and well maintained
Too many people and too much mess at reception at all time. Can't find a taxi to get in or out. Staff becomes very unfriendly very quickly and lashed out at me for a simple question

The hotel has good facilities for younger children, but there are limited activities for older children apart from the pool and water park. There is also a small arcade, but there is an additional charge to use it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the Guest Relations team was especially supportive. My kids really enjoyed the playground
The water in the water park was freezing, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel, including in the toilets, which seemed to come from the drains. The cleanliness was poor overall.
The food selection was very limited, with the same dishes being repeated every day. The rooms were very basic and lacked many amenities.
The hotel is quite isolated, so you’ll need a car or a taxi to go anywhere. Taxi fares start from around €10.
The hotel was also very busy, and the pool activities were often accompanied by loud music and announcements over the microphone, which made the atmosphere quite noisy.
The sunbeds were always fully occupied. Many guests reserved them early in the morning, leaving very few or no available sunbeds for others to use throughout the day

The hotel was exceptional, more so the customer service was second to none. I have never met staff that went so above and beyond to ensure we were made feel welcome and to ensure we had the most fabulous holiday. The Hotel Manager George sent personalized WhatsApp messages to welcome us, kept in contact with us all week checking in to see if we needed anything. Michael at reception was amazing, doing everything he could to ensure we had a great time. Emmanuella in the buffet restaurant was a breath of fresh air and the bar man at the adults bar (Didn't catch his name) looked after us everyday. The hotel was spotless, food was gorgeous, rooms were cleaned every day, pools had everything for couples (Adult only pool), families (Slides and great entertainment teams). All in all I LOVED this hotel. We celebrated our 25 year anniversary and our room was done up with balloons, wine, fruit and cakes on arrival. I have stayed in many hotels in Europe, USA & Asia, and I have never come across hotel staff like them at Elios Hill. I wouldn't even call it Amazing Customer Experience, I would call it Customer Obsession in the most positive way to ensure you have the best holiday, I would give George, his staff and hotel 10 stars if I could.

The hotel was excellent. We had an amazing time at the water park and enjoyed it every day. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with any request.
We celebrated our son's 6th birthday during our stay, and the hotel surprised him with balloons and a birthday cake in our room, which made the day even more special.
The views were stunning, there were activities for children throughout the day, and food and drinks were available everywhere from morning until night. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.
The only disappointing part of our stay was the Mexican specialty restaurant. The food and overall dining experience did not meet our expectations. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

The hotel facilities are beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean - you can tell its all very new. The spa was incredible. And the staff were really nice and accommodating.
Tip for parents with small kids: Request a room near reception. It helped us avoid all the hill climbing
I was not a huge fan of the food, some nights were better than others. I also would warn that the pool is not heated, so it was pretty cold.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Our room was very comfortable, and the hotel’s facilities were top-notch, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
- Our room was located on top of a hill, which took a little time to get used to, but the hotel’s car service made it easy.
- The buffet could use more variety, as some basic items were missing.
- Access to other resort restaurants outside the buffet is limited depending on the length of stay, and this wasn’t communicated in our Booking confirmation. The staff were very helpful in addressing this and did their best to compensate for the misunderstanding.
