The pools and the yogurt in the mornings
The rooms were old and dirty. The towels were changed once every two days and they were old and worn. The food was poor , exept berakfast which was reasonable

Food was ok. Always lots of choices for each meal. Bit sane ish after eleven days but to be expected. Always tasty. Room was ok. Basic but all things worked.
Was a bit noisy in the very early hours outside our room which was by the reception due to coaches coming and going but not a deal breaker. Had to be up at the pool early to bay a sunbed.

Was disappointed. Expected so much more from a 4star resort.
Our door and shutters need repairs. One night was windy and so noisy as the shutters and door could nit shut properly. Some Cupboards were falling apart.
Were told they have a private beach the bus will take us too.. that is not the case.. the beach is part of another resort that is for party people. It was chaos when we went there.
Food was average. Felt more being in a school hall for meals. We stayed at a 2star and 3star before this resort and ate every meal at a different restaurant which was amazing.. the 2 and 3 star resorts facilities were better and it worked out cheaper by eating out every meal.
Half the staff was not friendly and always rushed. (There is very friendly staff too). When we arrived the reception lady mentioned we can take a bus to a good private beach. No such thing.. the beach was part of the Star beach resort which is for party people and very small.
I will not go back here. Would recommend paying slightly more for the nearby 5star we stayed at and was SUPER or go 3 star and eat out.

The staff is excellent, rooms are cleaned every day, always clean and tidy. The room had a large balcony overlooking the sea, the location of the room was not far from the children's pool. Also, the complex of rooms was surrounded by trees, which in itself created a lot of shade and the impression of a forest. There is a free shuttle service every day for the whole day between the hotel and the nearby town of Hersonissos. The hotel has a car rental service, the staff is responsive and professional. Compared to last year, there are improvements in the Internet. The food is good.
In the rooms, it is desirable to make a slight update: colors, mattresses for more comfortable ones, bathtubs to be changed to showers, rather weak water pressure and during use it jumps between cold and hot water on its own. Chatel is desirable that the last return would not be at 22:50 but at midnight. In general, the food is delicious, but the Italian restaurant is not really one. The food in it is not tasty, the impression that it was warmed up in the microwave and not the first freshness. The staff is excellent. From 10 am, there are no more empty seats at the large pool. The price for renting a car is a little high, and if you lower it or offer a deal for a few days, then the hotel's obstetricians will be able to rent more. I still recommend the hotel!

Everything is perfect in this resort. The food is very tasty and very varied. Every night there is a different theme for dinner, e.g. Greek cuisine, international, Italian, fish, street food......The rooms are spacious and very clean. It is also very clean everywhere. There are plenty of bars for drinks and afternoon snacks. The entertainment group is excellent, they also prepare a show every evening, for which they really do their best. The resort provides a shuttle bus to the beach every hour. It is also good to go to the beach on foot, a relaxing walk of approx. 1.2 km. In the resort itself there are many pools for all ages. We especially enjoyed the relax pool, peace and quiet. For the younger ones, there are great water slides and fun at the main pool. I highly recommend it.

The reception staff were really nice (especially Iro and Funy) and helpful. The village is beautiful and the view is great. The pools are nice and the water park is super fun when you have good weather ( we had some cloudy and chilly days) . The food was good most days , enough veriety. The rooms are big and specious. The shuttle to Star beach helps the fact that the hotel is a bit far.
The room lacks some final touches to make it more pleasant. The metal furniture is heavy and hard to move and gives a cold vibe to the decor. Also we had some problems with the room such as ants and the bathtub didn't drain properly. The staff tried to help and offerd us another room to our request but it was really up the hill so wasn't suitable.
The cleaning staff came everyday but didn't really clean, just made the beds .
The dining room is not so big and felt very busy and loud most days in the rush hour of the meal

The food was great, the rooms were simple, but clean and nothing was missing from there. The facility itself is beautiful, the staff was nice. We also appreciated the evening entertainment.
The location is a bit remote. Pretty much the only way to get around is with a cab or rental. The pool water was a bit cold (we visited first week of October, it was still warm, but I guess not enough to really warm up the water). There is no late check out (it's not advertised that there was to be fair, just fyi if your schedule forsees a nap for the kids). The wifi is non existent.

Wonderful
The rooms weren't comfortable enough. All the furniture is made of steel, there was hardly any room for the clothes or other stuff. However, all in all we really enjoyed our stay. Recommended for families with kids of all ages.
