We absolutely loved the vibe of the place, it's even more lovely than the photos! It's cozy, intimate and they have the most adorable cats & kittens.
The staff were so friendly and helpful, we felt right at home. They gave us some great tips and thanks to them we went on a beautiful one-day trip to Spinalonga, swam in the Mirabello bay & learned a lot more about Crete's history.
Our rooms were cleaned daily, breakfast was varied and delicious and the pool area was very cozy.
The restaurant at the entrance was OUTSTANDING. Valentina was so patient and kind to us, told us more about the Greek culture (and how come they're so welcoming), explained what kind of ingredients each dish had and made recommendations based on our preferences. Never have I ever had better pasta and I can't wait to return and try them yet again.
We literally loved everything and can't wait to return.

Wonderful
Beautiful and very clean property. Excellent location close to everything. Impressive buffet breakfast, and pleasant staff.
Bed was a bit hard but that’s a personal preference I guess.

The surroundings are wonderful, the property has an amazing landscape with beautiful flowers, a great pool and amazing dinner. We stayed in a family apartment and it was really clean, with towels being changed every day and the room and terrace was swept also daily. The din er buffet was wonderful. Diverse each evening and very tasty. Also, the distance to the beach is really small
The breakfast was ok but the same each day. So after three days, it became really dull. The parking doesn’t exist. You have to park on the street. Usually there are places, but the “not so cool” thing is that the street the hotel is on is a main street and a lot of busses are passing by. Because of that it’s a bit tight. Also the wifi is pretty bad inside the apartment. Outside is ok, but inside, not.

Made to feel very welcome by the whole team. Travelling with my daughters (17,20) nothing was too much trouble the team helped with booking excursions and advice on things to do, sadly we missed the Greek dancing night as homeward bound.
Hotel site was spotlessly clean, pool and bar area really comfortable and staff always around to order drinks.
Food was excellent, good mix of veggie and meat options (thank you), breakfast was brilliant, lovely fresh fruit and typical buffet food.
Booking was good, team responded to emails quickly and happily arranged transfers for us.
Overall great trip, we love staying in family run boutique hotels such as Paul Marie.

The third bed (sofa) was adequate, however no complaints from daughter after a full day out and pretty tired.

This family-run hotel is an absolute treasure. The staff and management were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed and at home. Every request was met with a smile and genuine care.
Set in beautifully renovated traditional houses, the property is a tranquil oasis of lush greenery that offers an authentic Cretan experience—a refreshing contrast to the large, impersonal resorts nearby.
The buffet exceeded expectations with very good food throughout, but the desserts were the real surprise. While they may not have looked particularly fancy, they tasted absolutely heavenly.
If you're seeking genuine hospitality, peaceful surroundings, and a true taste of Crete, this charming hotel delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended!

It's a very quaint and sweet apart-hotel with many little apartments. The beach is very close-by. Both the rooms and the common areas were very clean and the staff was very friendly. They gave us great recommendations on things to do/see around Crete.

All the staff were marvellous, so helpful, especially Maria and Valentina.
Being disabled we were given a ground floor room but the distances from the road to reception and the pool were too much. I could not have managed without my mobility scooter.

Beautiful breakfast. Pancakes were a winner. Location was amazing beside the beach. Staff were always very friendly and really helpful. Room was beautiful and the balcony was so pretty with flowers. Sunbeds were really comfy. Dinner was incredible each evening. Desserts were yum!!

The staff were exceptional, the grounds were stunning and the home cooked food delicious. Analipsi beach had some gorgeous restaurants and beach clubs and we tried a few!
