Good location, very nice and quiet place to relax, have a bath at the swimming pool, and enjoy Heraclion city. Very polite personal.

Disappointing
George and his father were very friendly and welcoming. We had lots of fun at the bar at night with George. He did everything he could to make everyone happy and worked really hard.
Our first room wasn't anything like the photos, very small, plastic bifold door on kids bedroom, we told them we weren't happy straight away and were moved into a better apt a few days later.
Still wasnt great, curtain pole fell on hubby's head, broken light hanging off wall, bedroom door that wouldn't shut, freezer had no door on it so wouldn't work, dirty water from balcony above dropping into our balcony, drain in bathroom was above the floor level so was flooded each time we showered.
Even though it states there is a football table and pool table here, there isn't and it needs removing from the advert as this was something I searched for to keep our teenagers happy.
The pool was dirty with brown marks all around the waters edge. This could be scrapped off easily when touched so could just be cleaned !

Everything was bad and we could not stay in this bad hotel because of the lack of cleanliness of the place and the rooms and the presence of many insects in the rooms on the bed and in the bathrooms and the presence of rust on the gas and the toilet is completely destroyed and you cannot use it, and it was not as good as the pictures posted on the booking site, for example the rooms are the bathroom Public facilities, cleanliness, children's games that are completely destroyed and unsuitable for children, not even billiards and table football are out of work. I demand a full refund of the amount that I used to book this bad place for me and my family, and the closure of this hotel for not having credibility, trust and manipulation of pictures on booking.com

You get a little more than you pay for. We needed to stay just one night to reach the ferry boat in time. Friendly Personal, nice view.

What a wonderful, helpful and friendly family! I came in a few weeks ago after a motorcycle crash. I had do fly back to Germany for a surgery. During this time, I was allowed to park my motorcycle in the guest area. What a wonderful possibility! Thank you so much for all your help, friendship and support. You guys made my journey!

Pleasant
The hotel area has been created in a nice way and the apartments are thought through however, its a bit dated and could benefit from a little more renovation- good value for the money during off season though.
Its a big area with multiple housing complexes but all of the few guest were put in the same building and it was rather loud when it would have been easy to spread them out more during the off season.

The atmosphere was very nice. The location was perfect to relax and enjoy your time.
The wifi is not working in the room. If you are traveling for work, consider that you have to work in the reception.

Disappointing
The view from the hotel is nice, towards the sea. The staff were incredible helpful, specially George. He was always present/around and available for any request. Location is away from main villages so you will need a taxi, car to move around. George helped us to find taxis whenever we needed it. There is a Lidl 20 min walking distance from the hotel. Rooms are very basic. So depending on each persons expectations this can be a positive or a negative thing. Breakfast offered was ok, largely processed food and breads. Fruit and yogurt with honey were the nicest option.
When we got to our room it was clean, however the daily clean service consisted of clean bed sheets, clean towels and take out rubbish from the bin. That was it. No bathroom cleaning, no floor sweep, no surface clean. Blinds do not fit the full size opening of the window, so it does not keep the sun out. So you are forced to wake up early in the morning because of the sun in your face and the heat from 31-32 degrees (no air con unless you pay 5 euro extra per day of use) Acoustics in the hotel are poor. We could hear everything that was happening in the rooms around us, including the use of other guest using the WCs. Pool wasn't clean. Very obvious green line around the perimeter of the water.
