The hotel is in a great location, the service is excellent. Clean rooms, nicely decorated and with a spectacular view. Excellent and very tasty food, excellent spa services. Just get to relax and enjoy

Amazing hotel. The location was incredible. The food was delicious and having drinks included was great. The pool was nice, and a walk across the street puts you on the beach.
Seaside view is a bit noisy because of people and traffic.

The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I cannot praise the staff enough! The property was located by the sea so the views from the restaurants were absolutely beautiful. The food was very nice and there was a sufficient amount of choice. We always felt satisfied at meal times. The room showers had steam machines within them which basically transformed the shower into a private steam room. This was a very pleasant surprise. We also had a jacuzzi on the balcony.
The all inclusive alcohol was a big disappointment. From my understanding it is common for hotels to water down the all inclusive alcohol but it seems they went too far on this occasion, this felt like I was like drinking non alcoholic drinks. I drank 3 beers and 2 glasses of wine and didn't feel absolutely anything, and this is coming from someone who hardly drinks in general and usually gets tipsy on one glass of wine! The indoor swimming pool was located in the Spa and was only available to Spa customers at extra cost, this was also disappointing as it was the pictures of the indoor pool that persuaded us to chose this particular hotel. The outdoor pool was free to use for all guests.

1-I booked room with breakfast and dinner. At dinner they informed me that I have to pay for every type of drink such as normal water!!! So even water was not included in the dinner!!! Unbelievable
2-Swimming pool only outdoor and dirty and cold. Couldnt even swim.
3-Spa was not included and had to pay quite big fees to use Spa!

Hotel was in what would be a busy part of town but it was a quiet season. Overall the stay was comfortable eg beds, garden sun lounges and food
down points which probably need more looking onto by management are the bar is between reception and dining room. You have to walk through bar to get meals but it is also an indoor smoking area so as a non smoker this was off putting. And jacuzzi technical issue took 3 days to be addressed when we only had 5 days of that room. Food for all inclusive on 2 days out of 4 was a smaller limited selection which was unfortunate and make us decide against the all inclusive option for the remaining 5 days
