The staff was very helpful, location was great, breakfast was good. Staff was extremely helpful in changing rooms, but it was still disappointing to do so.
We booked a jacuzzi room with a sea view, the images in booking did not match reality. The view was blocked by some sort of construction in the apartment across us. As well as a hotel sign (witch was not a big issue - but the construction work was incredibly disappointing.) If staff was not so helpful we would attach images that would be shocking to see.

clean, nice beds, good water pressure
Very noisy because of young people staying at the hotel and was playing loud music and running around in the night.
Diskotek music at breakfast was playing making it stressful to enjoy your meal.

- Beautiful, clean and spacious restaurant. The restaurant staff were very professional and friendly.
Although we booked a standard room for our honeymoon, The management upgraded us free of charge to a junior suite with Jacuzzi and that was amazing. we enjoyed every bit of our stay.
just a few minor observations.
- There were not enough variety of food in the restaurant.
- The start and closure time of the pool could be extended a bit. 10:00-18:00 isn't good enough.

We had the best experience in the hotel. Breakfast is delicious. There is a very good restaurant inside of the hotel our room was exceptional,the beach is a second away. We saw the sea from the balcony and we had a Jacuzzi in the room. The price is amazing for all of the things that we got. The room is very clean. There is no problem with the Wi-Fi .most of all we want to thank the stuff. All of the employees were amazing. We had such an amazing personal care that wasn’t included in the price .we were in an accident and they took care of us like family. The manager is the most amazing and nice person that ever exists,and the staff is willing to help with everything that we needed. They gave us much more than we ever could expect. They even wanted to make sure that we’re OK after we got home. I highly recommend to book a trip to the hotel. You won’t be disappointed.

Big airy rooms, I had a sea front room with a terrace. Great location and we used the hotel parking. A really substantial breakfast was on offer.
The absurd amount of cigarette and hooker pipe smoke in the bar/lounge areas.

Best breakfast during our round trip lasting two weeks in Crete. Chersonissos is a very lovely town with a very nice walking street among the cost line and appr. 5-10 meters higher as the sea. Some hotels and restaurants were closed in November but there were still enough open before they close for winter time. This hotel and its large garden were peaceful and hotels restaurant had lovely view to the sea locating appr. 5-10 meters above sea level. We spent 2 nights in this hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Will some day for sure come again back to this hotel and this town. Small parking place in a separate area where we could walk straight from hotels garden.

Excellent staff, very helpful. Beautiful and exquisitely clean rooms with plenty amenities and beautiful style and view. Also a great "internal" yard and small pool.
Very small parking space and not always available, the breakfast had ample options but was not so tasty as it seemed. Spa was not available during November, when we visited.

the location is just perfect to a number of great restaurants including Palmera's own with is 1min walk from the hotel. having cleaning every day was also a great bonus and is not something we get in all hotels. and lastly the sea view rooms are just spectacular. could recommend this place enough.
the prices of cocktails at the bar were a little pricey and more options for room service including additional food options could be one way to improve but honestly its hard to find much we needed like.
