The room was clean and had aircon and a little kitchenette. The staff were friendly.
It was like a club 18-30s. Partying teenagers who were loud and noisy in the early hours of the morning. Breakfast was ok. It was not a place to stay with a young family even though it is advertised as family friendly.

Very friendly staff. Very clean both inside apartment and the communal areas. Lots of sun beds and space around pool.
Location is a little out of the way, we had a car but still had to use taxis. Could walk to bars and restaurants but steep hill.

Palatia Village was beautiful and my room was a lovely big room with great views of the sea. Everything was in there that I needed for my stay and there were fresh towels and bedding daily, such a great service! It was in a very peaceful location but only a short walk down the road to Hersonissos or up the road to old Hersonissos. Its ideally located for both options. The best thing about the stay though was the people, they really made my holiday even better. It is family run and I had the pleasure of meeting George, Maria, Alex, Maria and my Mary who were such lovely and welcoming people. Ive been travelling on my own for years and have never felt so welcomed as I did by George and Maria and their family. They arranged great entertainment and were so good at getting everyone involved and creating a great atmosphere. George is such fun and also very kind! I told him I collect international football shirts and he gave me his Greece shirt that he was wearing when Greece won the Euros in 2004. I was so touched by that and will cherish the shirt! Thank you for such a lovely stay and a lovely holiday. :-)

A true gem! This hotel has everything. Great location, affordable, great food, very clean, friendly staff that go above and beyond to make your stay a great experience. Great for families. Very close to everything.

We had an amazing stay at Palatia Village. George and Maria are lovely hosts, and the rest of the staff was super friendly. We had a newly renovated room, with an amazing view. It takes about a 10 minute walk to the nearest bracht, and about 20 to the old town, where you can find lovely restaurants.

I did like the location of the hotel and the small kitchenette.
The cleaners were fantastic
Paying 5 a day for air-conditioning was I think a bit too much. I didn't like the idea of having to pay for pool towels either. The hot water was turned on twice a day making early morning shower basically impossible after my run

Nothing. Loved this place as always, George and Maria always give a good welcome and the Covid measures were excellent with staff wearing masks all the time and special care with breakfast buffet.

Family run business so feels more welcoming, staff are great very friendly and helpful, rooms and pool were perfect able to get sun loungers easily and great food. We had a fabulous holiday.

Hotel in gereal is very pretty with a lot of beautiful flowers, trees and bushes which gave a nice feeling to the place. The pool is big and generally good. The best thing about the place is staff, everyone was nice especially the woman who served breakfast. The room number 5 had an incredible view, this view alone was worth paying this price to stay there.
The smell of the room wasn't very pleasant, especially the tiny kitchen area. The double was made out of two single beds and they were separating apart and very quite shaky so it wasn't very comfortable. Additionally the bathroom and especially shower was very poor quality. Food is also extremely salty, almost every single supper dish that I tried had way too much salt.

Beautiful garden, nice view from terrace, clean apartment, very nice and helpful staff with great sense of humor, parking, pool with enough sun beds, place is very quiet at night despite all the young people that are staying at the place
