Meals were fresh, with a good variety including plenty of gluten-free options, which was a big plus for us
One thing that could be improved is the maintenance level of the room we stayed in. Some areas felt a bit worn and in need of an update or repair. It didn’t affect our overall experience too much, but it’s something worth noting.

Very good food. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful, and the hotel is beautifully designed.
The room and the restrooms in the hotel in the different areas are not clean at all, and there aren't enough chairs by the pools for all the people.

Was very convenient and ideal for a family with young children. The room location was good for the kids, close to the beach, kids club, kids pool and beach.
The room was a little stuffy and felt damp most of the time, but other than that, it was good. The bathroom seemed a little outdated and could use a renovation. The app wasn't very convenient. It's hard to get a reservation to the restaurant if you don't know in advance you need to book it prior to the arrival.

The property itself is good but there are several pitfalls. The property is far from everything, which would be fine if Mitsis then offered loads of activities. Apart from ping pong and volleyball, and the obvious pools, there aren't fun activities available. Furthermore, to access the sea, you have to walk over rocks and so if you don't have sea shoes, you can't easily get in and out of the sea.
I booked a "sea view" room but got a "partial sea view from the balcony". In other words, I didn't get what I expected.
The hotel promotes certain trips, like to a wine farm; but then doesn't provide transport there and back. Booking a taxi is too costly and so we ended up renting a car for a few days. Organised (by the hotel) and regular excursions would be a great offering to save guests from this.
Our bedding was dated, with a few holes and even some stitching coming apart. There are QR codes everywhere, encouraging guests to be on their phones... But on holiday, I want to avoid my phone.

The hotel amenities were luxurious and of high quality. The main bar was outstanding—I had one of the best cocktails of my life there! The staff at the bar were warm, friendly, and exceptionally hospitable.
The pools were clean and enjoyable, and they were never crowded, so we could always use them comfortably. The beach was beautiful and quiet, perfect for sunbathing, but it wasn’t suitable for swimming due to the rocky terrain.
Snack and drink stands were conveniently located throughout the hotel.
The hotel’s biggest, and perhaps only, drawback was the quality of food at the buffet and its restaurants. While there was excellent variety, good-quality ingredients, and visually appealing dishes, the taste and flavor were surprisingly poor, creating a stark contrast to the rest of the hotel’s offerings. Honestly, I didn’t enjoy a single meal, including breakfast, appetizers, or desserts, which was very disappointing. I believe the issue may stem from the chef and restaurant management, and I hope it will be addressed.
Another noticeable issue was the lack of professionalism among the snack stand staff and waiters, which left us with a negative impression. The quality of food and snacks at these stands, especially the ones near the beach and kids’ pool, was also quite poor.

The property is awesome but you get that from the pictures. It’s the staff that struck me. Kind, cheerful, helpful and very personalised service, despite the fact that it was the last couple of days in the season. Honestly, I struggle to remember a better stay anywhere.

Disappointing
everything was pretty good my only complaint was the front desk Male manager was not helpful at all. We asked him to arrange our taxi and he basically said we just needed to show up the next morning. We asked someone else and they immediately accommodated us.
The attitude of the front desk manager, was unpleasant and not helpful.

It is a good size - not too big but enough room for all types of persons using the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. Pools were clean and looked after. Restaurants were nice.
It could have perhaps a disco/club for adults and teens to hang out.

.The beach is next to the hotel which was super nice
All of the staff were super nice and they welcomed and treated us very nicely
I think that the Kid's club toys should be replaced with new toys as they felt "old" and a bit broken

The room was spacious, clean, the food was very good. The daily theatre shows and kids minidance sessions were very good!
The clothes hanger on the balcony was broken and they did not fix it even though I highlighted to the reception twice. Roof in bathroom was peeling down.Only one pool was heated, the one for kids was not when we tryed it...
The beach section was really small and full of rocks.
