Not very expensive, great value! food anytime of the day (with many options), great swim pools, kind and professional staff. We really like it, and will visit this hotel again!
In my opinion, the hotel needs more staff because the service was a little bit slow...

Wonderful

The location in Mitsis laguna was excellent, close to the beach and within easy reach of local restaurants and shops. The pool area was beautifully maintained and a great place to relax. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety to suit everyone in our group.
Nothing major stood out — main pool got busy by mid-morning no chairs available but nothing that affected our overall enjoyment.

Good
The staff were absolutely wonderful – very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The service was excellent throughout our stay.
The cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. There were many insects and mosquitoes around the property, which made our stay uncomfortable. There was also a very unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The food service was another disappointment – there were often long queues, the quantities were limited, and some items ran out quickly. We also paid extra to upgrade our room, expecting a better experience, but unfortunately we found that the standard rooms were actually better. Considering the additional cost, the upgraded room was definitely not worth the extra money.

Wonderful
The rooms, facilities and hotels were super clean and well maintained. The room was big enough, and comfortable. The AC was doing some weird noises, but nothing serious. The pools were great, there were enough chairs around the pools, and the food was satisfactory - exactly what you would expect from an all included hotel.
Options for kids were great!
The staff were not very nice, and were very not patient.

The hotel offers a very spacious environment with a beautiful pool area and a variety of bars.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
The food was of excellent quality, and one of the highlights was that many of the dishes were freshly prepared by several chefs right in front of the guests.
I also really enjoyed the outdoor gym located next to the pool, which made the overall experience even better.
The only thing that could be improved, in my opinion, was the sleeping arrangement for our 9-year-old daughter. We had requested an extra bed before our arrival, but unfortunately, the room only had a sofa that could not be converted into a proper bed. As a result, sleeping on it was quite uncomfortable. Providing a real extra bed for families with children would make the stay even more enjoyable.
