Wonderful
The service, cleaning area, veg's and fruit snacks in the main pool, the weather is perfect in that location it's actually different from other places in crete.
The sleeping beds are not si comfortable.

Location, all facilities and restaurants are near to each other, staff is polite, Asian and main restaurant food
When we came there was no one to help with luggages, also entrance of the hotel looks like 3 stars, all luggages are kept in the middle of the lobby, structure of the double rooms are bad-one of room has not window, it likes corridor to go to another room, there are no pool towels at the pool it required to take with you from hotel room and it can be changed only at the main pool till 13:00, there was no one to keep safety on the water slides which was danger, Turkish bath windows were broken and instead of marble were used porcelain stoneware, to use spa appointment was needed and there were not shower gel or shampoo at the shower rooms at the spa,, meat and grill restaurant food was not good

Wonderful
I really loved the overall atmosphere of the resort and the beautiful room design—the private pool was a wonderful! The service was excellent throughout our stay; all the staff members were warm, friendly, and super helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The interteiment was great Overall Experience
The hotel’s main strengths are the excellent entertainment team and the water park, which are great for families with children. Also the pizza is great!! Unfortunately, almost everything else was very disappointing.
Room & Service
We are a family of four, yet our room has only one bathroom. The shower is completely transparent, so turning on the bathroom light at night wakes everyone up. The children’s room also has a strong moldy smell.
We repeatedly asked for firm pillows/ memory-foam pillows, but none were available. The mosquito repellent device in the room was empty, and when we asked for a replacement, we were told there were none.
There are no blankets, only sheets. We requested blankets at 3 PM, but they were not delivered until 11 PM. (We got wine instead but no blanket)
We also asked to extend our check-out from 12 PM to 2 PM because of a flight delay and were willing to pay extra, but were told the hotel was very full and this was not possible.
Food
The dining rooms feel extremely overcrowded. There is no fresh coffee, only automatic machine coffee that tastes like water. The desserts are not edible. No ice-cream cones.
There are no regular omelets available. To get a plain omelet, you have to wait in a huge line while one person prepares them using two tiny pans on a small electric stove.with your kids.
Vegetarian options are very limited. The pasta is swimming in water, and the sauces are also heavily diluted. Even our children said the pasta tasted like water.
The pizzas, however, are very tasty. But takes a lot of time to get it.
Cleanliness & Dining Areas
There is no air conditioning in most of the dining rooms. The placemats are not properly cleaned between guests and remain visibly dirty.
Noise & Crowding
The hotel feels overcrowded almost all the time. There are too many people around the pool and not enough shade.

The variety of pools and water slides—it’s a perfect place for kids.
The hotel is rated 5 stars, but the food is far from it. While there is plenty of food, the quality is very low, which was extremely disappointing.

The hotel was excellent. There is a lot of food and drinks options. The staff was very service oriented. The rooms were very clean and also the pools and also facilities. The water park was amazing. It’s great for children.

The kids had a ball. There was a lot of things for everyone to do.
The food, while plentiful, was not the greatest. At best it was 3 stars and not 5 stars like the rest of the resort.

The hotel is large and offers:
* Several large swimming pools
* A water park with slides
* Spacious lawns
* A private beach
The only small thing worth mentioning is that the hotel isn’t the newest, so the rooms are a little dated. However, they are still comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and it didn’t affect our stay at all.

We stayed in the luxury villa which was amazing , big , new , clean
With Padel court just our side the villa.
However the villa is 3-5 min walk from the hotel where all the facilities and food are , so you need to take it under consideration when you book the villa .
The stuff was super helpful and nice .

The many pools are great. The Olympic one is amazing, the heart shaped one is great as well. The noon activities at the big rectangle pool are amazing & much fun. All the bars & restaurants. It is great that you don't need to order a place in them for the dinners, makes everything less stressful. Housekeeping twice a day, it is so nice to have clean & dry towels all the time. The sports center got expended, the padel courts are shaded. The water park is great + they added 3 additional slides - 2 are super fast. Supermarket has everything you need.
The mini golf didn't have golf balls. We didn't get back there again.

I really enjoyed how conveniently close the beach was to the hotel, making it simple to take those lovely walks and watch breathtaking sunsets. Having the airport only about 12 minutes away was such a relief, making traveling so easy for us. It was absolutely fantastic to have our very own private pool, providing the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some fun at any time. The hotel had a caring and attentive staff, and the entertainment options for kids, along with meal services, made our stay even more enjoyable. Of course, the staff were very well-mannered and incredibly helpful.
There were quite a few minor inconveniences that were hard to ignore, especially given the price we paid for our room. We weren’t made aware of the ant problem beforehand, and the uncomfortable mattress was another issue—though I’ll set that aside. Despite numerous reviews, no one mentions these ants. We had a situation where my three-year-old son was frightened to sleep in his bed because ants were on him, so he ended up sleeping with us. He ended up wetting the bed. Just to clarify, we're not blaming the staff; we simply took everything off the bed and scrubbed it as best as we could. During that, we also noticed the mattress was very dirty and probably needed to be replaced. I’d definitely recommend tossing out the mattress and protective cover, especially since it had multiple urine stains—not from my son. We called for someone to come and change it, but instead of replacing it, they just flipped it over. I appreciate they fixed the issue quickly, but I think it’s important to share these experiences. Many people might hold back from leaving negative reviews for fear of being too harsh, but honest feedback can help improve the place for everyone. Also, this review is probably just one of thousands of positive ones—I’m sure most guests have a comfortable stay at this facility.

we were upgraded to family room, which was big and comfort. in the all inclusive plan you dont have to worry about food: ,many rastaurants. different kinds of food. open all over the day. important specially for children.. besides, few pools for all ages, including olympic (50 m) for swimmers, very big water park suitable for young as for eldest children, and very big and well equiped gym. also well equiped game room for babies and young children.

The pools and the water park are all top notch. Our grandchildren had a blast every day.
The food could have been better but considering that there are 5 restaurants and that they serve 1000 people a day it was fine.

Great place and facilities, has everything in it
They can improve the food for lunch and dinner:
All of the grill (barbeque) done in place is burned to crisp
And the Asian restaurant is very mediocre
And one more thing the room for family better to separate the parents from kids and not to mix the single bed with the double
