The best ultra all inclusive hotel I've been at. Room was huge and very comfortable. 5 different restaurants in different themes - Mediterranean, Asian, Seafood BBQ, main restaurant, Fast food at the water park and more, also plenty of bars, beach bars etc. All restaurants serve had red, white and Rose whine fridges which you can just grab a bottle form, in addition to beers, cocktails in bars and more. The Water park is amazing and has huge variety of slides for all ages, my kids had a blast there. The service is excellent, food variety in each restaurant is very good and I believe anyone can find something to his taste.
The kids entertainment stuff were amazing - we've been in Lytopia playground and in the kids club several times and the kids had a blast! The stuff was super attentive and nice with great child approach.
Special thanks to Stefan from the kids entertainment team that my kids just adored! You could really see how he doesn't rest for a second! always looking to play Catch with the kids, chasing them around the playground, blasting them with his water gun, and they were thrilled form it! Hope this hotel values amazing employees like him, he's exactly the kind of employee that makes a vacation memorable for kids!
Overall - an absolutely amazing hotel - we didn't leave the hotel once for the whole vacation! super recommend!
Few small things that could have been better but didn't spoil the overall experience at all:
1. The biggest problem in the hotel - The water temperature was freezing!!! although it was end of May the sunny most of the time, the water was so freezing both the kids and ourselves could barely enter! Even the indoor pool, which we were sure was heated - wasn't! and actually was even cooler than the water outside. This really disspointed us since the whole point in such a hotel is the water park and the pools and it is basic to make sure that the water temp is warm or at least reasonable for kids.
2. Asian restaurant was the most popular and therefor had -h-u-g-e- lines every evening - which spoiled the dinner a little since we needed to wait in line more than 20 mins to get food and also couldn't get and additions since we didn't want to wait again.
3. The Bottoms of the beds could be cleaner - had a lot of spider webs etc but I'm probably the only one looking there since moved the beds a little.
4. The shower wasn't so convenient - the water pressure was extremely insufficient and the shower could have used a renovation in general.
5. We ordered 3 custom named T-shirts to get them in the evening show but got them in the wrong sized than what we ordered, which was a disappointment for the kids, which had to replace them the day after with the right size (what did they need they previous ones for? they are with their names on it?)
6. Food was always lacking in the Fast food restaurant - seems like there are a lot of demand for food there and the very few people working there weren't enough.

Excellent choice of food in multiple restaurants. You never get bored with the variety and never stay hungry :)

Errrm. Nothing really, that's why we came second time and perhaps would come again.
Well, nothing to do with the hotel, but evening shows... Same as 2 years ago and below average. To my taste of course.
Getting drinking water replenished in the room was something to closely follow up and either chase cleaning personnel or call reception.

Lyttos Beach was amazing! There were so many great food options and tons of activities for the kids, which made our stay very relaxing. There was always something to do. I was especially impressed with how clean they kept everything—it really stood out. I’d love to come back again when the weather is warmer!
There were a couple stops to eat that never opened.. but I’m sure it was because it was cooler.

We had a fantastic stay! The resort has many pools, all of them spotless and well maintained. The water park was definitely the highlight for our kids- they had an amazing time there. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and our room was very comfortable, with a convenient sliding door that gave the adults and kids their own space. The kids’ club was wonderful, and my children absolutely loved spending time there. Above all, the staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our experience even better.
During our last stay three years ago, the evening entertainment felt stronger- we really enjoyed the musicals back then. This time the program focused mainly on themed dancing and acrobatics. While the acrobatics were very impressive, we were hoping for a bit more variety, perhaps a mix that also included musicals or live shows.
Additionally, the main restaurant can become a little crowded around the buffet area during peak times, which makes it feel less relaxed.

Room was great, comfy beds.
Arrived in early November, didn't realize they were about to shut down for season. One bar, one restaurant. No beach bar, no water park, no entertainment. Disappointing visit, but i can imagine it is fantastic during full operation.

Our kids LOVED the water park. We spent the mornings at the beach and the afternoons at the waterpark. We also had a pool room facing the ocean that was beautiful. We were there in October and had warm days and cool nights which were perfect. I was concerned by some reviews about the ocean being too rough to swim but we didn't experience that.
Nighttime entertainment could have been a bit better. The daytime activities could have been publicized a bit more but to be fair all the information is in the app.

Tha facilities (especially the water park), the free food, drinks & alcohol all the day everywhere, the nice and lovely stuff and the cleaning. Also - there are 2 bathrooms in the family room.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Crete and had an excellent experience. The food was varied, plentiful, and very tasty, offering something for everyone at every meal. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. What truly stood out was the hotel staff – always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete, whether for a family vacation or a relaxing getaway.
