Disappointing
The pool is beautiful and nice but the room wasn’t nice and not clean! I was disappointed from the room, its not like the pictures and doesn’t worth the price

Fantastic location, right in the heart of the town. The staff is amazing, informative, friendly and helpful.
There was nothing we didn't like. However, people with mobility issues should be aware there are lots of stairs to get to the units and amenities.

Staff was friendly. Great location, right in the center of town.
the A/C was very old and couldn’t cool the room properly. There was mold under the toilet seat, which also didn’t stay in place and needs fixing. In the bedroom, the window had no curtain or shade, so we woke up as soon as the sun came up. The hand soap was replaced with body wash, which wasn’t ideal.Also, the photos of the room has nothing to do with reality.

Wonderful
The location is excellent, right in the middle of the village, but quiet for sleeping. Each unit seems private. Ours was very comfortable. The staff are lovely.
Our unit was newly renovated, so there were one or two small things they could use, however, the staff were really responsive, so really we loved everything. We had some ants on the kitchen floor during the entire stay, and that was the only drawback.

This is a lovely boutique hotel up in the mountain area of Koutouloufari. The village itself is picturesque, friendly and full of restaurants. Its only a short walk to Piskopiano where there are more lively bars.
The room was gorgeous. It was spacious, modern and had everything we needed. The pool area is relaxing and well equipped.
Tip: When you park at the free parking - find out where your room is. You may trek your cases down the numerous stairs to the reception to find out your room is up near the car park.

The breakfast is fresh and plenty of everything! Worth booking! The service was exceptionally lovely and caring.
The outdoor area is pretty. The Pool nice and small. Salt water- which makes a difference. Great new pool towels.
The super nice staff and the area made up for the downsides and we stayed the 5 days booked.
We were disappointed by the condition of the room ;-(
No 8 was worn and needs renovating badly. It was super stuffy and the bedroom with an aircon model from 1987- we didn’t sleep well.
The bathroom was about 2qm in size- like a mouse hole. A micro room (if you are on the bigger side you will have serious trouble getting in and out) and in a condition of an old scruffy youth hostel.
Living area ok but the kitchen rickety and outdated. We didn’t use it so it was fine.
The drying rack on terrace was hanging off the wall upon arrival. They fixed it right away after we complaint (great and nice maintenance guy!). However, I don’t understand why these things are not being checked frequently by the management.

Location is perfect and although in the centre of the village there is no noise. Apartment was clean and beds very comfortable. We had a huge balcony. Grounds very clean and tidy. All decorated well.
If we wanted beds around the pool I had to get up very early but we were in high season.
Wish we had an umbrella and beds on our massive balcony.

Beautiful rooms, hotel feels new and fresh, nice pool and great location ??
We were very happy with our stay until breakfast came. I don’t know why it happened like this because hotel seems very modern and guests oriented. Before we decided to buy breakfast I went to the restaurant in the morning to ask if they serve egg dishes, because half of my family and kids prefer this for breakfast, the lady said that yes they have eggs. So we decided to go for it. If I remember correctly it was 17 eur per person. The lady served us two trays with little plates to share (couple pieces of feta, some olives, pieces of cake, some pieces of fruits and veggies, and etc.). Male part of our family thought it’s an appetiser and eggs will come later. After we ate the lady said that that was it. It was very weird, being honest it was not enough for four adults and two kids... Also they didn’t have any decaf options for hot drinks, it was another problem for us because we don’t drink caffeine. And they had just one kind of juice: orange, and it wasn’t fresh. So we finished our breakfast hungry, thirsty and disappointed ? In my opinion you should give your guests better explanation of what kind of breakfast you serve and give them more options to choose.
