Everything is amazing, facilities, staffs and on.
They even allow me stay in the hotel after my checkout until my tax for airport arrived in the afternoon.
The restaurants dress code for dinner is a bit confusing. First night I had to use non confortable cloths just to fit it. Then I saw that it was not a absolutly hard rule, so the other days I went with more confy cloths. I think just a rule to not come with bath cloths and wet is enought.

The location is outstanding. The a la carte concept is fun (but has drawbacks, see below). The desserts and pastries were consistently excellent.
My two primary complaints were the cleanliness and the amenities. The room had dead bugs, someone else’s hair, dirty floors, a broken toilet seat and a shower that could not maintain temperature. The provided amenities are not 5 star, missing are: turndown service, a lighted mirror, any option to request things like shaving cream or toothpaste, a way to make a cappuccino in the room, an in-room breakfast menu.
There is also the issue of the staff, who seem to deprioritize all inclusive guests in favor of customers paying at the table (and we can all guess why that is).

The hotel looks amazing, the grounds are beautiful, the room was really clean, good size and looked exactly like the pictures. The pools are great, very relaxing atmosphere and the sun chairs both at the pool and on the beach are AMAZING. The restaurants are really good, with a lot of variety. The dinner was amazing as well, not your typical buffet half board. Everything was a la carte, the food was really great and we had a lot of variety.
The location of the hotel is amazing to get to from Heraklion airport and for visiting the city. There are some nice beaches nearby, but the amazing ones that you have in mind when thinking of Greece are in a different area of the island.
The staff & service could have been better, especially at the reception. At check in they offered us welcome drinks, which is a very nice touch, but they kind of forgot to bring them to us until late, when the checkin process was almost complete. On a separate instance we asked a question at the reception and their attitude was not very welcoming. We also did not like the push of the evening photographers to buy their pictures at breakfast.

We had a wonderful honeymoon at Paralos Kosta Alímia. The hotel was beautiful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. We stayed in a room with direct access to the pool and a lovely sea view, and it was absolutely perfect.
The team also made our honeymoon feel special, with a lovely surprise and food waiting for us when we arrived late. Our room was cleaned beautifully every day, with thoughtful little touches from the housekeeping staff.
What really stood out was the service. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, from the waiters to the housekeeping team.
A special mention goes to Afroditi, our waitress at Levante! She was amazing - warm, friendly, attentive, and she even spoke our language. We chose to return to the same restaurant every evening largely because of her, and we never felt like we were missing out on the other restaurants.
A great resort with a wonderful team. We had an amazing time and would happily return.

The hotel is spotless, great landscaping, great facilities. And the staff is incredibly helpful and always ready to make your stay turns into an unforgettable experience.
Not possible to swim in the sea due to natural causes (big rocks, and shallow water makes it difficult to swim). The resort has made great efforts to make sure the beach area is really comfortable with great lounges, umbrellas and beach service.

Waiters were excellent, food was great.
SPA is giving different prices to each customer, not suitable for a five star hotel. SPA management is ruining brand image of the hotel. Sea in front of the beach is full of huge rocks, not easy to swim.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy the great Greek cuisine. Comfortable, quiet, clean, with very friendly staff. The restaurant options are delicious and varied enough not to get bored.

The personnel were great, fast, and responsive.
The environment was green, and there were flowers and vegetables everywhere.
Only one tennis court was available, and we should have booked it in advance, but the rackets and balls were available to borrow upon request free of charge.
The sand on the beach is so clean and beautiful, but the stones in the area make it difficult, almost impossible, to swim there. The room was clean, and the room service was thorough.
The food was phenomenal, huuuge portions and real 5-star quality.
The thermal bath in the spa area required an additional 15 euros per 30 minutes, which was not mentioned in the booking, with an additional charge. The evening program was quite boring and not engaging. Our room was in the private pool area, and since we booked in October, we had no sun at all on our terrace, although we asked upon arrival and they told us it would have sun.

The staff took great care of us, from having a ready room for rest until our room is ready for check-in, to the head chef that met with us to discuss what we can adapt in the menu to have vegeterian meals that are good.

Our stay at Paralos Kosta Alímia was nothing short of exceptional. The highlight was without doubt the five à la carte restaurants, each offering unique flavors and absolutely delicious food where every meal felt like a fine dining experience.
The hotel’s services and facilities were outstanding, seamlessly blending comfort with luxury. What impressed us most, however, was the customer care. After an unfortunate incident with the room, we were met with kindness and professionalism. Special thanks go to Katerina, the manager for customer experience, who went above and beyond to turn the situation around. As a token of respect, she offered us access to everything the hotel had to offer at no extra charge, a gesture that left us truly speechless.
This level of thoughtfulness and generosity not only resolved the issue but also elevated our stay into a top-notch experience that made us completely forget the incident in the first place.
We left Paralos Kosta Alímia with cherished memories, gratitude for the staff, and a strong desire to return. This is hospitality at its finest.
The only small drawback was the rocks at the sea, which made swimming there a little difficult at times. However, the hotel more than made up for this with its plenty of other swimming options.
