Wonderful
The hotel is spotless, great landscaping, great facilities. And the staff is incredibly helpful and always ready to make your stay turns into an unforgettable experience.
Not possible to swim in the sea due to natural causes (big rocks, and shallow water makes it difficult to swim). The resort has made great efforts to make sure the beach area is really comfortable with great lounges, umbrellas and beach service.

SPA is giving different prices to each customer, not suitable for a five star hotel. SPA management is ruining brand image of the hotel. Sea in front of the beach is full of huge rocks, not easy to swim.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy the great Greek cuisine. Comfortable, quiet, clean, with very friendly staff. The restaurant options are delicious and varied enough not to get bored.

The personnel were great, fast, and responsive.
The environment was green, and there were flowers and vegetables everywhere.
Only one tennis court was available, and we should have booked it in advance, but the rackets and balls were available to borrow upon request free of charge.
The sand on the beach is so clean and beautiful, but the stones in the area make it difficult, almost impossible, to swim there. The room was clean, and the room service was thorough.
The food was phenomenal, huuuge portions and real 5-star quality.
The thermal bath in the spa area required an additional 15 euros per 30 minutes, which was not mentioned in the booking, with an additional charge. The evening program was quite boring and not engaging. Our room was in the private pool area, and since we booked in October, we had no sun at all on our terrace, although we asked upon arrival and they told us it would have sun.

The staff took great care of us, from having a ready room for rest until our room is ready for check-in, to the head chef that met with us to discuss what we can adapt in the menu to have vegeterian meals that are good.

Our stay at Paralos Kosta Alímia was nothing short of exceptional. The highlight was without doubt the five à la carte restaurants, each offering unique flavors and absolutely delicious food where every meal felt like a fine dining experience.
The hotel’s services and facilities were outstanding, seamlessly blending comfort with luxury. What impressed us most, however, was the customer care. After an unfortunate incident with the room, we were met with kindness and professionalism. Special thanks go to Katerina, the manager for customer experience, who went above and beyond to turn the situation around. As a token of respect, she offered us access to everything the hotel had to offer at no extra charge, a gesture that left us truly speechless.
This level of thoughtfulness and generosity not only resolved the issue but also elevated our stay into a top-notch experience that made us completely forget the incident in the first place.
We left Paralos Kosta Alímia with cherished memories, gratitude for the staff, and a strong desire to return. This is hospitality at its finest.
The only small drawback was the rocks at the sea, which made swimming there a little difficult at times. However, the hotel more than made up for this with its plenty of other swimming options.

We stayed at Paralos Costa Alima for 3 nights and had a truly wonderful experience. At first, we had some doubts and weren’t sure what to expect, but it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise—better than the photos and even better than expected!
The room was comfortable and spotless, and the location couldn’t be better for a short vacation—just about 20 minutes from the airport and right on the beach with a private stretch of sand.
We booked half board, and dinner was a real highlight of our stay—excellent every night, with great variety and flavors. Honestly, it’s one of the best hotel dinners we’ve ever had.
The hotel also offered nice extras, like a cozy area with movies and a live dance show, which made the evenings fun and lively.
Finally, a special thank you to Giorgos Gelasakis, a staff member who welcomed us warmly and was exceptionally professional and kind. When we forgot something in the room, he went out of his way to help and arranged to send it with a cab to the airport.
Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend Paralos Costa Alima to anyone visiting Crete.
Breakfast was great, but there was some elementary things that we were missing for us like croissants that we really love, salad dressing ( there was only olive oil and lemon and we had to ask each morning for a salad dressing ) - not something that took away from the great experience, but just mentioning - these are little things that can easily be fixed

In one word, Wow!
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with the all-inclusive package and had the most amazing time. The hotel’s location, with its private beach, pools, bars offering excellent alcohol and cocktails, and five restaurants serving a great variety of delicious food, creates the perfect adult-only escape.
The atmosphere is calm, elegant, exactly what we were looking for. The staff go above and beyond to meet every need, always with a warm smile and genuine care.
A special thanks to Katarina, who truly went the extra mile to make our stay perfect. Her kindness and attention made all the difference.

The set up of the restaurants was very good I was surprised how well this actually worked being so close to each different cuisine !
The only thing I would say, is for some of more Greek entertainment Maybe at night.

The food is delicious and we were able to get a promo that included dinner (in addition to breakfast), so we stayed on the resort and glad we did. It’s a beautiful hotel, very modern and clean. The pools are spacious and very relaxing and the beach is a great option and right near the hotel. The staff is friendly and made us feel comfortable. Also, the hotel rooms are modern and nicely decorated - not your traditional hotel rooms which was nice to see. We had a massage done by Maria and it was very relaxing and worth it. The staff also left us a honeymoon surprise, which after a long day of travel, was very nice to see! Highly recommend this hotel - it has everything!
