Nothing.
Left immediately after checking in and seeing the hotel pools, room and the communal areas. I would never recommend staying here. This is not a 5 star hotel. 3 stars at best.
The property is extremely dated and they purposely do not show the genuine photos of the lounge areas. The only place that has been decorated in the hotel are the rooms.
Receptionist advised they would refund and then later retracted saying this so I would not trust a word they say.

Location was good, most of the staff were very nice and helpful, lunch and evening meals were good.
It's definitely not a 5 star hotel, more like a 3 star. A la carte was a burger at the beach bar, extra charge for sunbeds at beach bar, no entertainment, only the pool bar open in the evenings at the hotel, no nice lobby bar or something youd expect for a 5 star.. Rooms were nice but hotel generally is tired.

No baby menu,no any help with blending or so... Disapointed. Hotel is not suitable for familys. Hotels public areas are old and swimming pool area is small. The see is not across the street,you have to walk ~200 m. ( in the hotels pictures it looks like is near by the hotel). By the see you need to pay for sunbeds...where is no free sunbeds for a hotel guests Maximum 3 stars...how its posible to get 5 stars...no idea..

Really nice hotel, with great and mixed cuisine, comfortable and well-equipped rooms and very helpful personnelle.
Quality of all-inclusive drinks could be better - they vere all too sweet, very limited choice of natural juices

The options for the breakfast, lunch and dinner are extensive. There is a lot to choose from. Many hot options as well as cold options. Excellent variety.
The shower facilities in the Gym area are very dated and do not drain well. We used them after check out as our flight was very late in the evening. Staff very helpful to arrange for soaps and towels etc.

This Hotel was amazing, perfectly placed, and clean, all the facilities you need. The Lady at the desk was amazing and very helpful. Highly recommend.

The location is great. Next to the beach that joins on the nearest town.
Me and my Daughter had 8 nights and it was relaxing. P.s, the sea is super clear and blue, very clean and nice and warm.
