Property was beautiful & well maintained. Everyone from housekeeping to wait staff to front desk was friendly, professional & effective. Beach is right outside. Location is in the midst of beaches, shops, restaurants & atttactions. Meals were better than anticipated. Rooms spacious & comfortable. Hotel has a parking lot. Be aware spaces are limited.

The property was a nice location for an overnight stay near various options for beach food and shopping.
Rooms a really small but the balconies are a nice addition to be able to step out and not feel cramped. Bathroom small as well. The main floor is beautiful. Parking was tricky.

I think the price of the half board is perfectly balanced, offering comfortable accommodation with good food, a pool, and a beach. If I had chosen all-inclusive or paid 20 percent more, I wouldn't have been satisfied.

From check in to check out this hotel and the staff were amazing! My flight was late getting in which meant I missed the dinner time however the lady who checked me in sent me to their other restaurant in the hotel with a card to ensure I got a meal that evening. During my stay the staff were amazing from reception to restaurant staff. I last minute asked if another night could be added due to a strike the day of my departure my flight was cancelled and I faced multiple issues trying to confirm information with the airline. The hotel staff were exceptional and within minutes had my extra night half board added at extremely good value. They helped me get information on my flight and use their phone to contact the airline etc. I used the spa which was also great value for money. The pool was amazing and everything is just like their photos , even better if I am honest! The food at breakfast and dinner varied each day (in a good way) ,always an incredible variety of hot and cold food, and the desserts are a 10/10!! The hotel is right on the beach , with a super cosy and comfortable vibe! I really can’t think of a single thing this hotel didn’t offer and if I ever go back to Crete I will 100% come back to this hotel. I unfortunately did not get any of the staffs names, but to the guy that greets you and takes your drink orders in the restaurant and was working the week of the 4th-10th of April , you are AMAZING at your job! And to the receptionist working the evening of the 8th April and helped me with my questions, booking me in an extra night and helping me in my state of panic , Thank you so much!! You were incredibly helpful! All other staff weee also friendly and incredible but these 2 in particular really need to be recognised. The staff here really do go above and beyond and the hotel is just beautiful I would HIGHLY recommend you stay here!

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the hotel was in a great location close to the sea.
During Breakfast times their was a shortage of both cups and glasses with people having to wait for both to be brought out from the wash up area.
Also during our week there, the showers each morning were cold except for 2 mornings

Lots of stores near by.
Primarily booked it because, its next to beach. However, the so called Beach front is a joke.
Hotel wants money for getting a safe, beach towels (Not just deposit, you need to pay rent for these).
Though dinner included, you can't take your own water, you have to pay for overpriced water.
We did like the chef, who went above and beyond to make vegetarian food for us.
For the price we paid, there are other hotels with sunset views, next to the beach that we could have gotten.

The location is good, near the beach.
The staff is very friendly and nice.
You have to pay if You want a beach chair, on the detalis they don t mention that, it just says that you have acces to it.
We had lots of ants in the room.
The bathroom was very very small, barely Could move 2 inches in there , and there was a window but into the wall and You Could year eeeeveeything people NexT to You were Doing in Their bathroom.
The food was the same every day, only on the last day they changed couple of them.
In my opinion this hotel Does not deserve 4 stars.

The location is perfect, the staff is extremely friendly, rooms are comfortable (expect 2 twin beds even if you are a couple, which can bother some people). very good value for money!
the water pressure in the shower was not great. the buffet at night could be better (but it's not bad at all).
Don't fall for the massage offered as an extra, it is very expensive compared to other locations in Crete and not the best.
